Normally I would say Nakamura-san's writing is dark but this boarders on "messed-up". The distinction I make between the two is based is on the reasons WHY she writes things this way. I "J no Subete" it is to show character development and growth and I believe the same goes for "Copernicus no Kokyuu" but in this particular manga there may not actually be a reasoning behind a major plot point. (SPOILIER) When the son recognizes that his uncle is in love with his father and he arranges to make it so they can "do it" for lack of a better term...there is no

I've read this manga a number of times, "Copernicus no Kokyuu" is an incredible psychological drama yaoi. I really hate to refer to this as a yaoi because it hardly has any of the characteristics of your typical yaoi, the only large factor is the gay sex scenes. There are various rape scenes in this manga which I always like to mention in a review because for the readers that are looking for a typical BL, this is not for you.

(This will be a bit of a scattered review) It takes the reader literally everywhere, from Marilyn Manroe to some very dark places that at times can be very difficult to read for many. The characters in this manga are aplenty (for a Nakamura manga); it starts off taking place at the school from "Barairo no Hoho no Koro" which is a lighter story than "J" . I find that this manga, "Copernicus no Kokyuu" and "Double Mints" are some of Nakamura-san's darkest, purely because there is graphic rape scenes and many deaths. I would say that this

Pity that there has yet to be a review...don't mind if i do. Nakamura-San can really summon up some of the darkest facets of life and drag you right in and this manga is no exception. I particularly enjoyed this manga of hers because of the way she elicits drama out of her characters. The relationships constantly alter throughout this manga and uncertainty lingers page after page. The dramatic style of her writing complements her impeccable line-work, drawing out every ounce of emotion she can from each character so you can not only feel their pain through the story but you can see it written

I can't even watch the original FMA anime now that I'm currently watching Brotherhood! This is a NO FILLER anime it gets straight to the point with it's beautiful animation and amazing portrayal of the manga, everything is so different! Emotions are strong and there's more of a connection between characters then in the original anime, you immediately get dragged into this show within the first 5 minuets, this is honestly one of the most spectacular anime's i've ever laid my eyes on, it's definitely one of the best new shows of the last couple years. Its a definite watch, don't miss out!
