Karneval was one of the most vivd anime's I have ever watched and to be really honest this enticed me. I found myself loving the use of colours and also the contrast in colours when looking at characters. For example, Nai is blonde and usually dressed in light colours showing how pure he is, on the otherhand Gareki is always dressed in dark colours, creating this kind of mysterious air about him, we are constantly left thinking that Gareki is a pessimist, no matter the situation.

I suppose i should develop why i rated this anime so lowly, its not often an anime leaves me completely speechless and wanting more, i loved this anime quite a lot but i found it frustrating that there was not a second series.
Animes like this that leave you at a cliffhanger with the plot unresolved upset me. Overall i love the main characters, there is yet again another sense of hierarchy although the sense that there is a master and servant soon unfolds. I didnt quite know what to expect with Ouran Host Club, the first few episodes were extremely light hearted and comical, the stereotypical characters didnt hold my interested too much at the beginning but as the characters began to develop it seemed the anime bloomed.
The typical high school boys suddenly realise there is something better than just being a host club and this was what drew me in. The character development was amazing, seeing characters such as Honey switch from innocent to bad ass was just completely amazing. This anime is one of my favourites right now, the main characters, especially Shirogane are so easy to fall in love with. The story line begins on an impressive note but I noticed how the main story line as unfolding the fillers where slightly boring and yet comical. This anime has a strong theme of light, dark and love. I do realise the manga didnt have any Shounen Ai themes but i believe this makes the anime even more attractive.

Kuroshitsuji is my first love, I watched this anime due to a friend suggesting it to me. At the time i had never watched anime and was pretty much completely Sherlock obsessed, this anime basically changed everything for me.
The story is very similar to that of Sherlock Holmes in the beginning but as the characters develop and the story line unfolds it grips your attention so much so that it's hard to stop watching. I am in love with this anime at the moment! The use of supernatural powers and the characters who are so easy to fall in love with. The story line is like a breath of fresh air and its not too difficult to follow as the events unfold.

I was pleasantly surprised by this anime, i didnt quite know what to expect. I saw the art work on tumblr and thought i would check it out. I admit the story line is rather hard to follow, but overall when it comes together the story line is lovely but complex. The art was excellent, i sometimes find myself deciding whether to drop an anime because of how poor the graphics are, but this gripped me not only via the storyline and easily loveable characters but also because of how good the quality of the graphics were.
