Hello everyone, I go by the username Verthandi.

I'm a big fan of anime, manga, gacha games, and anything else related. When I was young my experience with anime was pretty much limited to shows that were aired on Cartoon Network such as Naruto, Bleach, and mainly Pokémon. If there was anything that looked interesting and caught my attention, I would watch it on that channel.

What truly made me the fan I am today was when I stumbled upon an anime on Crunchyroll called Usagi Drop during high school. It was a nice wholesome slice of life anime about a middle-age man named Daikichi who takes in and takes care of a little girl named Rin. They form an adorable father-daughter relationship as the days past. At least in the anime.. the manga however took a completely unexpected turn towards the end so I recommend not reading it but I digress.

After completing the anime, I started looking for other slice of life series that I might enjoy and eventually branched out to different genres. Other anime that I've enjoyed are Steins;Gate, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, The World God Only Knows, and a whole lot more. It was like a whole new world was opened up to me. So many shows to watch and manga to read.

As the years pass, I've been watching less and less anime and instead having been reading much more manga. Probably because it takes ages for new anime seasons to be released. It's been a while since I've updated the anime and manga lists on here but I have started updating them once again. It's actually kinda fun adding stuff to the lists.
