Haha I know right, at firs the creator intended to make this a comedy story but because it didn't worked out then it got an action story, that's why it was so slow at the start xD

Wow I'm honored. I wrote that review a long time ago, I don't think it's one of my better reviews. But I'm glad it made such an impact on you. I'm honored something that I wrote will make someone out there watch something they normally wouldn't. Kinda the whole reason I write reviews, but I'm not sure if it ever works or not. Do please watch at least the first 5 episodes of NTHT, don't drop it early on, it's very misleading. I hope you like it. Anyway thanks so much for the nice comment.

Mirai Nikki ftw, the other one I once started but I didn't catch me rlly, and lol if you watch Reborn you need steal nerves. You see the author originally wanted it to be a pure comedy story but she saw it didn't appeal and changed it later to action, for that reason the first 20 episodes don't make sense, but if you can make it past there (21-26) and then around 33 where the first big arc starts you'd probarly love it just like me xD

read your review on DRRR~ man, it was so long! but yeahh, I agree on almost every word. It's like you took every compliment out of my mouth <--- now come to think of it, that was just gross. hehe.

I love this part of the review: "From the beginning of this anime you are constantly given new information about every character, whether it may be told to you straight forward or something you discover on your own by untwisting the plot. What I am trying to say is that you immediately start to form some type of relationship and, or bond with every character in the show. There is constantly new character development so you don't have to worry about getting bored with one character. Another thing I like about this anime is that you are given the opportunity to see things in another characters eyes besides the protagonist. This is a very great technique to give the audience a chance to get to know a character because you are seeing exactly how they think instead of just seeing the main character perception on that person."

Honestly, the first few episodes of DRRR made me hold it for a while. That's why it took so long for me to finish it. Because, I got bored. Yes, bored. But then I knew there more to that show, so I continued watching it, and now it's one of my favourites :D

I remember that time while I was watching it and Kida is like the "happy-go-lucky" guy and I was like, why is Kida like this? It'd be awesome if he's a bit rough and the gangster type. At first, I thought he was really part of the Dollars. And when it was revealed that he was actually the leader of the Yellow Scarves, I was all "yay~ Kida, you're so cool!" hahaha. he's my ultimate crush from the series (aside from Izaya and Shizuo) xD what really shocked me was the fact that Mikado was the founder of Dollars. man, that time when they had that meeting gave me goosebumps :O hahha.

ohh~ I'm putting a lot of spoilers here~ gotta put a warning at the top. (there, put it up)

Oh I'm sure you'll like it thought the first 20 eps are unreasonable and annoying xD the original author first wanted it to be a mafia comedy story but when she noticed that was failing at the sales she turned it into a mafia/comedy/action serie and that's how it won me over :>

Oh I saw them bote, Kaze no Stigma... it been a while, I'm not rlly watching anything activily lately but I should again soon :x
