First of all, this anime doesn't live up to neither its genres nor its 8 score that may give you a feeling it's the new another. It's basically a cliched shounen with a little touch of ecchi and harem, and it even fails at being one of these genres. I thought it's a story with wasted potential at the first 4 episodes, but it got much worse to the point where I thought of dropping it. I thought waiting till the mystery is solved can make me change my mind, but it was very painful to watch the last 3 episodes. The problem lies at

the story so far has been more enjoyable and less childish than the first season and i must say, the art and the music have improved as well. The plot is pretty likable and as always, no one is safe from dying in Danganronpa. i have just watched episode 9, and i think all of this will change in the last 3 episodes*NO spoilers ahead*: if Kodaka brings the dead back to life, He will be ruining the whole idea of danganronpa. it will just turn out the same as sword art online, maybe he can make it interesting, so i will wait and see

"Not James Bond, not Hollywood" as quoted in random curiosity final impressions. you may get the wrong impression from the genres (Drama, Historical, Military) to think that this anime is an espionage drama with a building narrative. But you would soon change that impression, because the anime is an episodic thriller (mystery) full of perfectionists that are exceptionally good at everything ( can speak 6 languages - make bombs out of flour - have exceptional agility - always win). While this anime may not be everyone's cup of tea (James Bond haters TT_TT), it's important to know that it's not your average James bond movie.
