Off the top of my head? French-Japanese co-productions like Oban-star Racers. I used to believe a full season of The Boondocks was done by an anime studio, but apparently my info. on that was incorrect.
And yea, Avatar kinda fell short on the anime consideration; but it gets credit for sparking up the dialogue a bit. Finally, the whole non-Japanese anime discussion started as far back as Totally Spies and Teen Titans.
Overall, his technique is impressive. Yet, the Star War one needs a bit more speed in the flight sequences. Y'know, the tie fighter going through the asteroids. That was a bit slow there. Regardless, the art is great.
Definitely some nice anime work here, and I hope he moves on to producing original works. Very very VERY great potential here.
