Agreed, usually a show concerning that particular taboo would just devolve into something that isn't worthwhile. Oremio was sorta guilty of that, the first few episodes are actually genuinely interesting and there is a fair bit of drama- the resulting sequels and of course that title... well, that's a good way to ruin the work.

Kodomo No Jikan deserves a mention as being greater than it's own face value, but the manga is superior to the anime- for sure. If you never checked it out I'd say it's worth a look; the subject matte isn't savory, but the resulting story and characters more than make up for the opening 'gut-punches.'

They do have more prominence in Future arc indeed but they still play major roles, like Mitarai (brainwashing video), Chisa (despair spy) and Juuzou (bullying Hajime into becoming Izuru, which by the way it's a very silly reason). Anyways thats all.

To give you some examples:

-The anime not only contradicts the game but also the LN(DR/Zero)
-You didn't write about the anime original characters, only the DR2 cast.
-Time skips.
-The technical aspects, like animation and sound.

Nice to read a level-headed review of Koi Kaze and see it for the drama that it is rather than something to be written off because of societal labels and subject matter. Not a squeamish show by any means and it never glorifies or vilifies any of the characters.

Your DR3 review is okay but you only mention the main reason of what makes it so bad, it can be expanded upon a lot more since the anime is very flawed.

Your Scum's wish review was a good concise one. Take the subject matter,the gorgeous art out, and you have a work with little else left. If there's one thing i'd like other anime to take away from it, is that i would like sex to be acknowledge a bit more,Tho not to the level of importance it was here.

Eu tenho a mania de dar nota antes de acabar, mas sempre mudo dependendo se o anime melhora. Por enquanto tô achando bem nota 5 mesmo. Kkkkkkk
