What are you talking about? I've seen 3 episodes of Negima Neo and they were a) not funny and b) barely comprehensible (despite my having read the manga to the end of the school festival arc and seeing all of the previous series), c) animated in washed out color, and d) inked extra-thick so that every charachter looked vaguely like a pillsbury doughboy. I think the original group did a better job.

Ah. I generally start at 8 for anything I find decent, 9 for anything I really like, and I try to keep 10s to things I find absolutely amazing, which in most cases end up being a favorite. 7s are for things I found watchable, but weren't necessarily the kind of thing I'd go for normally, or weren't incredibly well done. Anything lower than that is for things I don't think were well made... or outright didn't like.
Anyway, the whole thing is opinion anyway, so it's all about how you feel each thing should be rated. It could be the best there is, but if you don't like it, rate it as such. Vice-versa is true as well.

Internet Relay Chat. You can share files with your peers and everything. There are other such programs to use that allow you to share what you have with an fserve. XD I dun have an fserve but I do know where to get my stuff from and if anything I can send you things via streamload, links to BT or e-mail if you want. I don't know if some of the manga I have are something you'll read. But, oh well.

There are online sites to read things on too. Those, you just need to look for, most of those don't last very long. There are few on Photobucket and you can always find just about anything with Google or Dogpile.
