I gotcha. It would be pretty shocking to move somewhere completely different, especially when you're young (I lived in England for 8 months when I was about 6, so I know how it goes). But jeez, talk about culture shock, especially going from a European country to an Asian one!

That does sound difficult... it's like you're more Japanese than European at that point. Haha, at first it was, "I wanna go back to Europe," and then eight years later it became, "I wanna go back to Japan!" :P

So do you want to open up your own restaurant/shop? And I like to eat just about anything so long as it isn't still moving.
