After watching this season, I can conclude that the show finally has its happy ending. It was a great 24-episode journey with the Gourmet Guild and the ending is really satisfying. Usually, video-game adaptations in the anime industry could be disappointing; apparently, the show is not following that harsh criticism. From my experience, the anime did not induce confusion, and I appreciate the fun moments most. Believe me when I will mention fun multiple times in this review because I really did.
Story: 9/10
The story takes place after its video game events which should pretty much signify its importance in understanding the contexts in the anime.
...
It requires the audience to be aware of the events prior to the anime, but it is not necessary since the story will be revealing the events through hints and occurrences that can be assumed and concluded, therefore, it is also not a problem to watch the anime without context from its original game. Of course, it is still better having a short understanding of the events before so check them out through research.
If you are lazy however and wanted to know a bit through my analogy with another anime, it would be like the fate series since the endgame results to having its “winner” grant a wish. This also includes fight sequences and styles from the other anime. Regardless, the fantasy world is interesting in its own with a mix of comedy and fun from the cute and adorable characters of the story.
After the video game events, the story is set on a fantasy world where the protagonist falls from the sky with no recollection before meeting his comrades. He journeyed throughout the nation of “Landosol” and found friends to bond with and later form a guild called the “Gourmet Guild”. With the main mission of finding the best food and ingredients for the guild, mysteries bounding Yuuki started revealing itself explaining how the world and the relevant memories connect to the events happening currently and the dangers that must have happened from his past. With how this story is set up, it may seem not seem exciting, but the journey and the character development stories are wonderful in a world full of anime girls. Yes, only a few male characters to be noticed.
Characters: 9/10
The protagonist himself is not the strongest and he doesn’t have the most appealing characteristics among the main characters. It would seem that Pecorine is the strongest fighter among them, and Karyl is left on the second spot for that. That is just how their party was setup, so it shouldn’t be a problem. But after watching this season, I’d say that there would be surprises to be expected for the main characters, especially from Yuuki himself.
The anime is a video game adaptation with many selections of characters to choose from, so the show reveals many side characters that has a short time on screen that would manage to come back later. This kind of detail is both a good thing and a bad thing because many characters appearing in the show can be confusing and their existence may seem forgetful later, but a variety could raise multiple base preferences and relatable characters. Not to mention how many names you would have to remember.
Art: 10/10
The only problem with its art style is its consistency. Otherwise, most of the animations were enjoyable to the point it becomes fluid. There was only one instance when they lost its consistency in animation quality, but it won’t affect the overall enjoyment of the show so this can be overlooked easily. The fighting animations are flashy in terms of its movements and use of visual effects.
There are also many beautiful sceneries and vibrant details. Fight scenes are not intense and very serious, but the style in which characters fight seems more fun than intense, that’s why their adventures were given captivating moments for the audience to remember at least.
Sound: 8/10
The opening song is great, but it was repeatedly used from the first season which I think came also from its original game, but it wasn’t bad since it still appreciated as a video game adaptation and staying true to its own. However, its repetition played different tones and styles in many key scenes which induced nostalgia and melancholy for the anime which was a good touch for its music category. However, the variety to its music could be better, but I doubt since the quality of background music still strengthens the thrill and intensity of fighting in the anime for example. Other than its use of music, sound effects are overpowering and bold, especially for its fight scenes. Overall, it was very good and not bad from my perspective.
Enjoyment: 10/10
Do you realize how often I mentioned fight scenes while making this review? Surely, my enjoyment could be based on this experience. There were many amazing fight sequences that are very flashy and animated very well which is still light for its fun atmosphere but still intense for all the colorful effects on screen.
The adventures of the Gourmet Guild were also fun. The adorable and hilarious faces of the team, especially Kyaru’s panic faces and Kokkoro’s “meep”, the funny attempts and dangers of the guild during their adventures, the interesting side characters that are introduced in many of its episodes. Not to mention, the surrounding yuri moment developed between Karyl and Pecorine - but it is rather wholesome in my own opinion.
Final rating is based heavily on my art quality and enjoyment for this anime. I would really recommend the anime to anyone who is looking for a heartwarming fantasy anime or a beautiful action fighting sequence with lots of cute girls in the action. However, this could be a disappointment for those who haven’t played or understood the story so far, but I would rather ask you to give it a chance even if no background info has been presented at the start.

“The word “Beautiful” became associated with very special things to me. So I can’t say ‘pretty’ or ‘beautiful’ unless I absolutely feel it from the heart.” – Gojo, Wakana
Despite knowing the anime receiving much attention from the media especially from its fan services and animation, the overall production of the show can be described in one word. “Beauty”
My Dress-up Darling didn’t have the most attention before its anime production, but it became one of the most popular during its release. The anime is produced by CloverWorks and the production is well known for its great quality in detail and animation.
Story: 8/10
Since the story is
...
following a romcom route, the story shouldn’t be serious and intense romantically to be interesting. What the story of this show can attract is the heartwarming and hilarious developments that are progressing the events occurring in the show. Beginning from the first episode, the introduction is engaging especially when they met each other for the first time to reveal a hidden side of themselves from the public. Gojo is a talented fellow who dedicates himself into making the most beautiful hina dolls while Kitagawa is an anime enthusiast who wants to cosplay the characters she wants.
They work towards the completion of the first cosplay and enjoyed the company of each other. From friends who always hang out with each other and enjoy the presence of each other, they become closer as they continue their friendship. Later, some romantic feeling emerged as the person started loving the other.
Characters: 7/10
The character designs were lovely. There were only a few characters that were involved with the main characters usually having the most screentime while others are seen only in a few episodes. Gojo has a personality that shows a caring and considerate side of him, and he has talents that shows his dedication to his works as an artist and creator. He is still young, but his lack of experience will enable him to enjoy the time spent with Kitagawa, whom he met in school to help her cosplay.
The other characters in the anime barely had much time for character development. Not to mention, how the friends of Kitagawa only had a few moments in screen and didn’t have any background to their friendship. However, this shouldn’t be much problem at all since the anime is also enjoyable since it is about the romcom surrounding Gojo and Kitagawa.
A side note that I must mention is that there is a problem with how the character design concepts were created particularly on the age system. The age of the characters and height differences shouldn’t be a bother since it is anime, but it is just ridiculous when a comparison is made between the characters of the story. Relating to this is when age 14 is not necessarily young in appearance which is weird when the context arises such as too young to have a developed body, especially with the “younger sister” among the sisters Kitagawa cosplayed with.
Art: 10/10
The art quality produced in the anime was beautiful. The animations were almost realistic, and the beautiful sceneries are captivating for their vibrant colors and fluid movement. Depending on the person, too much realism can be a good thing or not, but this doesn’t bother me. There were also simplified visuals of scenes with intended silly moments among the funny interactions between characters. To give a context with what I mean, it is similar to how they turn in chibi or cartoon figures with colorful outlines and rigid expressions. I believe this is a good balance with the animations as it harmonizes with its genre for comedy. From my perspective, the romcom art style quality of CloverWorks makes up for the cuteness and the heartwarming experience that can easily be appreciated by the audience.
Sound: 9/10
Sound quality along with its art has synchronized well. This is especially true with the many details that can be observed that’s ranging from the ambience and surrounding background sounds to the sounds that are made in detail by contact of skin or objects in scenes. It is as good as an anime movie production of quality which also includes sound quality. Details like the minimal sound effects of additional voices and skin contact/object interaction are observed with light background music which are done well by the production.
Its voice acting was done well along with the background music associated with the many parts and episodes of the anime. There is no time where its sound quality was disappointing and bothersome for me. The opening and ending are also great which are memorable and easily worth the time to listen before and after watching an episode. I’d say that the sounds are unflawed and done well for the anime.
Enjoyment: 10/10
Watching the show was a wonderful experience. It was worth the time and enjoyment that having another season of fun will surely give the audience high expectations for the show. The heartwarming experience along with the romantic development of the main characters left me with a good impression for the anime which I would expect from others who enjoy romcoms in the anime industry. Not to mention, the fan service of the show could be its greatest attraction, but it is not the only focus of enjoyment in its entirety, in my own opinion.
Whether it be its fan services or the detail to its quality, the anime still has a good romcom quality for anyone to enjoy. I would recommend the anime highly in their anime lists for its genre and the notable fun aspects that I have observed from my experience because it is highly enjoyable. If the content of the show based on my review has not captured your interest or it sounds uninteresting, I would still recommend that you watch because I think it is worth a try.

The controversial thought that “normal people” think of otakus is often described in shameful interpretations. Sometimes, questions regarding gaming and watching (or any kind of entertainment medium) being useless relate to this kind of notion, and being an otaku becomes a bad influence that many wouldn’t want to follow. Surely, that’s not the case anymore.
This is just a slight observation that I have found while watching the anime “How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend”. There were themes related to this that made me relate to our current situation in the real world, especially when asked “how relevant is gaming to your life?” or anything similar
...
to the topic. The story of the show isn’t centered around it but taking notice of this make me realize the issue that I have discussed. Contrary to the serious discussion, the show is paced on comedy and fanservices to make the story light. Don’t mistake it for the entirety to focus only on comedy since the story presents background for the main characters.
Story: 6/10
The story wasn’t disappointing at the least and the plot is interesting. If you are wandering why the score is a bit lower than my usual, it was a cliffhanger that contributed to the low score. Other than that, the story and the concept to its plot is interesting in its own way. If I’d say, at least novel for me.
The story begins with a spark of inspiration sought by the main protagonist after meeting the heroine atop the high street. This inspiration encouraged Tomoya to make the best dating-sim game, so he began to gather the best “creators” he knew. They are all the most capable creators that anyone could ask for with Megumi as an exception since Tomoya promised that one day he would turn her into the heroine that would make others envious of her. There are comedies and fanservices around, and the show ended as the members of the circle are gathered while finishing part of the game – so, it was “just the beginning” as anyone would have guessed.
Characters: 7/10
There are common types that are easily observable among the main characters. First, the main protagonist who has a caring side and is locked with the determination to appreciate his otaku life. Then there are the main deres: The classic tsundere type with twin tail blonde hairstyle and somewhat flat front, Eriri; the sadodere type who is often mean to protagonist, Utaha; the kuudere type who is mostly emotionless and barely even noticed by anyone, Megumi; and the deredere type who is always cheerful and talented, Michiru. Considering how these five are the circle members of the circle, it consists of an interesting group of characters where at least one of them could attract the audience. Personally, I like them with no annoying vibes at least. Overall, they have interesting personalities, fun interactions, nice voice acting, and great character designs.
Art: 7/10
The art style consists good animations and beautiful scenes that are detailed in nature and architecture involved. I’d say it was more than good from average; however, the CGI, even though only used when typing on keyboards, still gave me a bad impression since it could have been animated better. In other words, it gives a bad taste to the already smooth and great art style. I understand that it is only a miniscule portion of the content and that I observed that the anime is going for a varied style of presenting its show, but I’d be honest about it and say that it isn’t good anyway. Overall, only CGI had me disappointed; but the whole art style portrayed in the show is better than normal.
Sound: 9/10
The sound effects aren’t easily noticed. The opening and ending themes are great that they are nice to vibe with. Not only that, but the background music in the whole show is not bad either especially when the fanservices and comedy occurs that we would identify the cues to what is currently happening. It is fun that way and I enjoyed it as much. I was attached to the ending song prior to hearing it from the anime because of osu!; however, it is also worth mentioning that there were good songs played during the last episode. It shocked me as it brought nostalgia. Not that it is much of a spoiler anyway (but you can still ignore this or skip to be surprised as well), I can’t overlook the music cover of the gurren lagan op 1 at the last episode including the other song played after. Overall, the sound quality is not the best, but it is great and almost flawless.
Enjoyment: 8/10
I’d say that I enjoyed watching the show. The comedy was hilarious as they fool around, and the characters can be preferably enjoyed and appreciated. Even if the ending led to a cliffhanger leaving things unfinished, their interactions and the time spent together were fun to watch. Including the 4th wall being bypassed, it was funny and alluring to see many light fanservices throughout the show. Some are misleading; but if not as sensitive against inappropriate and self is considered innocent, then it is funny and not annoying to say the least. However, it is also worth mentioning how too much makes it distracting to focus on the main material anyway, or is it really the main material of attraction? Either way, the overall enjoyment of the show depends on how one would enjoy the fanservices and comedy of the show which would eventually stir your perspective of the characters. Personally, I enjoyed the show.
Overall, the show is not that bad, and it is fun. I would continue to watch the sequel soon and it is interesting to watch, so I would recommend anyone to add this on their anime list if they are interested in good anime visuals with comedy and light fanservices. Otherwise, things might be mundane especially at the start since there are many conversations that may bore you, at least that’s what I think.

We all have a different opinion that may seem disagreeable for others. Regardless, even after reading some of the negative reviews of others, the expectations that I built up based on theirs weren’t matching with the experience I had watching “The Day I Became a God”.
To be honest, I was caught off guard, especially with how it ended since I didn’t consider the fact that the producer also made Angel Beats. After finding out, I basically had to recall my experience while watching Angel Beats but I can’t seem to remember since it has been a long time since I watched it. Basically, this
...
reminded me of the anime and how I felt similar now that this show had a similar effect to me. Prior to this review, I can’t compare this show with “Charlotte” since I haven’t watched it, yet.
Story: 9/10
The story was great, but I can’t say the same for some of the underwhelming elements prior to its reveal of mysteries. The plot starts off with a girl and a boy meet near the basketball court. The girl who is called Hina calls herself a deity who wears a weird attire claiming that taking off her attire would mean that she would cease to be God. The boy who is called Youta had to hear an unbelievable claim of hers that the world will end in a month. It is unbelievable until she proves her “omniscience” to him to make it believable as she could predict things.
They started living together, as she predicted, and discovers many things as she gains friends. Their time together were enjoyable as Youta also felt the same as they spent their time in bliss during their summer vacation; however, the time for such bliss to disappear happened because it is inevitable. During their experience at the end however, things get serious and tragic as mysteries began to reveal for everyone to understand her circumstances.
Characters: 8/10
The characters had an ordinary concept for their design, and they are not entirely annoying, at least. Hina may be obnoxious, but her personality might appeal to some especially when it is time to reveal her circumstances when the time is serious. Youta may be very ordinary as a main character but being able to relate to him in some aspects could appeal to some audiences. Overall, they are not disappointing, but some of their actions may seem infuriating such as the moments that may seem unreasonable. To be fair, it is an anime and a fiction which shouldn’t portray reality perfectly.
Art: 9/10
The art style is great. Its animation is fluid and enjoyable. The colors are vivid and clear showing great detail, especially with some of the beautiful sceneries that I have observed. The appearances of characters are nice. Overall, I appreciate the colorful art that is produced by the anime.
Sound: 10/10
Sound quality is great. Not to exaggerate, but I think it is really beautiful. I know the fact that it is drama, but the sound management was great. The background music perceived on some of the atmosphere depicted in scenes are good, especially for the most dramatic moment where the OST of the most dramatic moment in the anime was played. I am really touched to how beautiful this specific song is especially when It really hit me at the ending which I really enjoyed. The opening theme is also good, so I don’t skip it often to appreciate both the music and the scenes.
Enjoyment: 9/10
The anime had a great impact for me. The ending was really a touching moment that made me wished how it could be real, but it was a dramatic experience worth remembering. I enjoyed watching the hilarious moments and experiences of Youta and friends with the firsts few episodes. Although, I have to admit that there are moments that are cringe and annoyingly unreasonable, but the anime was able to impress me. Overall, I enjoyed the anime, and I am moved by its story. Things may seem convenient and confusing, but I am impressed by its story and casts.
I am probably just a mediocre drama watcher, but I don’t want to deny my deep appreciation for the show. I admit that I wept during its touching moment; and after finishing the show, I’ve continued to shed tears and worse, I had to repeat the OST while writing this review. Regardless of what anyone would say, I loved the show even if short and that I would recommend anyone to add this on their list.
Disclaimer: If you are like me who is not bothered by the same plot pattern or repetitive elements, then you may enjoy the anime. Otherwise, you would have a different opinion about this show.

“It is those who possess wisdom who are the greatest fools. History has shown us this. You could say that this is the final warning from God to those who resist.” – Rintaro Okabe
“The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubt, while the stupid people are full of confidence.” – Charles Bukowski
I put two quotes here not to summarize or explain the theme of the anime, but I am going to use them as basis for how I understand Baka to Test. It came from a different anime and the meaning couldn’t be considered an analogy if they will
...
be compared; however, I think the anime has a connection to the real world that compares the smart people and the stupid people.
Story: 8/10
Discrimination to the idiots is the main theme commonly observed. The main characters are students of the lowest class who are considered idiots by the school’s system. What separates these students from other schools/anime is that they have beings that they can summon to combat other classes to exchange class facilities. Their combat power is directly related to their grades so having excellent grades converts to strong combat power. This seemed interesting, but it is not what the whole anime is about; it is more about the daily lives of these students who are idiots which is full of hilarious moments, which is mediocre and not bad or good, in my opinion.
Characters: 7/10
The characters are weird. They are idiots, but they are not entirely stupid. They are more interesting than those who were privileged to be in the higher classes. In fact, there are only a few of them who barely have screentime. There are some who finds themselves interested in class F. It is as if class F is the most interesting class there is rather than their own. I took interest in how they deal with their own circumstances, especially when they are faced with discrimination against all classes. Nonetheless, I enjoyed their funny interactions.
Art: 6/10
The art style focuses on a similar style to that of a video game, especially the classic role turn-based role-playing game. The characters and their chibi forms are adorable. However, the fanservice in this show may seem annoying because ‘bouncing boobs’ animation uses a smooth animation and it is repetitive to the point that it is not funny anymore, at least for me.
Sound: 7/10
The anime has a sound concept of video games as if the characters are in a turn-based combat game. Use of background music and sound effects are mediocre, but better than bland. The music themes are not bad, and I really enjoyed the ending theme itself and I think it fits the concept of “enjoyment” for this anime, so I enjoyed it too.
Enjoyment:7/10
The show is enjoyable. From being able to laugh at their idiocy to enjoying their heartwarming companionship. While watching the show till the end, I began to love the show and the characters. With most things that can be expected from a similar story pattern from any other anime, I appreciated their optimism and their confidence in the school system and the bonds they have created.
Overall, I enjoyed the anime for what it is. A story that is generic, but an interesting concept for its school system; characters who have interesting bonds and interactions in a comedic environment; and a show that doesn’t have a disappointing sound quality summarizes the enjoyment I have for the anime. A world of that discriminates the non-capable academic students, but despite that, friendships has been built upon respect and sincerity for each other. If you find the story and characters to be interesting, then I could at least recommend this anime to add on your list.

Horimiya is a show that is good, if you empathize with the characters, find them cute and funny, feel romantically excited for its character pairings, and think that the art and animation is good since it was produced by CloverWorks. If you find yourself average in romance (like you find yourself excited in many couple pairings), then ‘try’ this show.
Its story is average which is like many other romantic stories. Nothing new to offer in the genre of romance and it follows a common pattern of story. However, it is not bad as well since the show isn’t entirely boring. Animation and art style
...
is straightforward and nothing special; just good and better than average. Sound themes and effects weren’t bothersome and the opening and ending themes are good.
If you haven’t realized yet, the name of the show is ‘Horimiya’ which refers to the two main characters of the story, Hori and Miyamura. And if you haven’t guessed, they will be a couple in the future. The naming is basic as it is, and we can already expect that they will be a couple in the future. It may seem like the story is obvious and uninteresting; however, if you are going to watch it regardless, then you might enjoy how they live their lives until the develop a romantic relationship. Additionally, you may find some dialogues and interactions funny especially the relationship between characters other than the two.
Overall, the show is not bad. It is good for me because I appreciate its animation and characters. I’m a twintail person and I found a character in it to be cute, so I like the anime. From how I understand the show, the main attraction would be its characters. Comedy can be tolerable, and the story is as basic as it can get. So if any of these criteria don’t meet your expectations especially when the characters are not interesting in your eyes, then don’t watch it.

If you are patient until things get a bit interesting and intense, then I would easily recommend this anime. It is definitely better than average. However, there are points to take into consideration if you want to know what how this anime might interest you or not.
I might as well not summarize as usual and review this in a different way. If we are to determine how this anime could be interpreted without any spoiler, then I would say that this anime captures the concept of ‘the more you hate, the more you love’ in almost every character you would find here interacting with the
...
main character. Maybe everyone is a tsundere? Not necessarily since that would be repetitive and annoying.
Fortunately, we got a lot of interesting characters who may appeal to some. In my case, it is the twin-tail middle schooler because she is cool, and she simply looked cute for me. I had mixed feelings about the protagonist because he is a bit apathetic and selfish so he personality and appearance somewhat annoy me. However, he is still cool for being the protagonist nonetheless, and he also had a rough past so that could be where is strength came from.
Speaking of cool, animation is decent even if there were scenes with stiff-like fights and too much talking while fighting which might be unnecessary and unappealing for some, especially me. The sound department is average with good choice of music tracks and sound effects which I really appreciate since there are serious actions to expect. Opening theme is ok and induces hype if you are hooked in the anime. However, I couldn’t say the same for the ending because I often skipped it simply because there is an extra narration in the end that seemed like a waste of time for me.
At first, I thought this anime had some chunibyuu in it, and to be specific, the Rika-style especially the masked girl. They just had a similar vibe, but unfortunately, they aren’t. If that is also what you are expecting after seeing the girl, well I’m here to tell you that it is actually far from what you would expect. She has a serious personality, and her voice acting is far from Rika’s.
Overall, the anime is good. It lacks in some aspect, but I can still recommend the anime, nonetheless. If you want some hype fighting anime with a protagonist that is hated at first, then popular and loved later, then this anime is good on your list. Unless you think the anime being cliché, boring character, or boring few episodes/world-building, then the anime might just not be for you.

Spirit Chronicles is your typical isekai to fantasy world where the protagonist is a strong magic fighter, and he easily loved by most of the girls in the series with his cool personality and strong physical attributes despite being lean. If you are also interested in his journey to becoming strong and others being jealous ‘so they bully him because he is just a commoner who is not capable of doing… you know what’, then I would recommend this anime.
[This section may contain spoilers]
First, we are introduced with his past life. The usual isekai route where he dies from an accident happened and he
...
became Rio. Unfortunately, he started off in a world as a young boy who lives in the slums. Yes, not from the belly of her mom, however, he still has the memories of Rio in the past (so it is not like starting from scratch and just conveniently revived to another person). He was later recognized after doing a good deed in the kingdom and that is how he started going to a magic school and only having a young professor to guide him in the ways of nobility.
He left school after being treated harshly by the school to journey to his parents’ homeland. On the way, he met a young girl assassin that later became a ‘little sister’. They settled in the ‘demi-land’ and he continued to journey to his goal. He arrived and found out about his origins. After he finished his adventure, he went back to the place where his professor resides only to find out what happened to her. All this happened in the 12 episodes; however, it could just be the intro to what may seem to be the main story in another season, or at least that’s what I think.
Animation and sound quality are of average since it seems lacking. Nonetheless, it can still be enjoyable especially when the protagonist is expected to be overpowered. Character designs are also average. It may not seem interesting now because the story follows a cliché scenario of strong protagonist saves many and is loved in return. Not to mention, it also follows the common route for discrimination towards commoners from nobility.
In simple terms, it is bland. However, that is what makes the anime interesting. Afterall, watching anime doesn’t necessarily mean that you watch it for new trend only or if others say it is good, rather you should watch anime however you see fit. This anime is basically a show that is generic but enjoy it for what it is. If bland is not your thing or you desperately need hype, this show may not appeal to your expectations. However, if you are diligent and patient for this kind of plot, then I recommend that you add the anime to your list.

Another one of Doga Kobo that is interesting for its humorous and adorable characters. The comedy can be easily appreciated, so I can guarantee the amusement in this show enjoyable, at least for me. Other than that, the show has a light story that’s focused on the daily interactions of the characters and their relationship, especially when you wouldn’t expect that they are demons and angels who came to study in the human world for ‘experience’.
Gabriel is the main protagonist of the story, but she is not your generic good protagonist. She lived as an angel who is highly praised for being a
...
model angel in heaven. She had to graduate and continue her studies on the realm of humans to be a full-fledged angel soon, however that is not how it turned out. Behold, her transformation from ‘caring’ to ‘apathetic’, unexpectedly. She thinks that being the ‘failen angel’ is her true identity. Vignette attempted to revert her to her previous self many times, however, Gabriel never intends to because her currently lifestyle is precious to her – a life of game addiction and no motivation to anything else.
Gabriel and Vignette are angel and demon, respectively. However, their real personalities contradict who they are expected to be in their own world. It is as if they are polar opposites of their own kind of people – a kind-hearted demon and an uncaring angel. Two other characters joined the cast and later befriended with Gabriel and Vignette: Satania the clumsy archdemon, and Raphiel the sadistic angel.
As you can guess, the four of them live in the human realm together in a comedic fashion while not seriously determining how an angel and demon should act. To enjoy this show, one must always think that their interactions are entertaining. If not, the show didn’t simply appeal to interest because their interactions may seem repetitive and there are characters aren’t fun to watch. This means that if the characters are uninteresting for you, then it wouldn’t be fun to watch.
Personally, it is interesting because the characters are really hilarious as they interact, which gave me laughs that would bother my family while they sleep (that’s because it is loud, even if doors are closed). My expectations before watching this anime weren’t great until I watched. I would recommend this anime to anyone who wants to watch an anime that is short and funny with the possibility of finding lovable characters in it.

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure is a very popular anime due to many reasons. You will meet interesting characters and have fun watching their interactions, you will enjoy listening to the sound themes/tracks, and you will finally learn where the famous dialogues going around the internet. It is no surprise to see how ‘Is that a Jojo Reference?’ appears frequent especially with its memes becoming popular worldwide.
The story is divided into two parts so there are also two Joestar protagonists. In simple terms, Jonathan is the first Joestar protagonist you will see in part one and Joseph is the grandson of Jonathan. Both characters are interesting, however
...
Joseph Joestar would be favored more because he is known to be the funniest Joestar of the series. There are also two main antagonists for their respective arcs. First, Dio is the embodiment of evil. Not pure, but opposite to being noble. In this case, Jonathan and Dio are polar opposites, but they are brothers who have strong rivalry between each other. Kars is the main protagonist among the pillar men for the second arc. He is also known as the ultimate lifeform, but Joseph must fight him because it is inescapable, or is it?
I mentioned how Joseph is the funniest Jojo you would ever find and considering how he needs to confront Kars’s inescapable power, you wouldn’t expect that he would escape, for real. The anime is intense and is aimed towards defeating the greatest evils, however, Joseph takes a different approach to all that seriousness. I can guarantee more of his funny deeds throughout the series, especially his most famous line ‘Your next line is…’.
The animation and story are really simple, but they make up for their amusing dialogues and ‘menacing’ interactions, not to mention the ‘engrishu’. Their popularity is also built upon the sound themes and tracks such as the opening themes (Jooooo… jo), roundabout (to be continued ), and the pillar men theme song. Other than sound themes, the dialogues of the characters are also humorous: Dio’s ‘Muda muda muda’ and ‘Wryyyyyy’, Joseph’s ‘Oh no’ and ‘Naisu’, and even the popular ‘Kono Dio Da’. You can’t miss these Jojo References on the internet, that’s why it would be great if you start watching them right now to know where they come from.
Overall, anime the anime is not the best, but it is great with a lot of interesting/intense moments that must be watched. It is fun to watch the anime and it is recommendable to anyone because it is great. The next following sequels will build up on the foundation created by the first installments, that’s why there are high expectations for them, and it is important to not miss on any of them, at least for me. This review might seem patriotic or highly praiseworthy, however, enjoyment still varies since too much macho quality, drama, or ‘overrated-ness’, can bring down some expectations which shouldn’t be a problem if you are a watcher who expects fun from an anime.
