10 - Masterpiece, a perfect anime which deserves all the praise it gets. It's an anime that has no major inconsistencies or issues with any of its aspects
9 - Excellent, very enjoyable and as good as a 10/10 anime for some, but I felt has some drawbacks and hence the lesser rating. Deserves high praise. Drawbacks are listed in my tags
8 - Great, had a lot of fun watching this anime, delivers an abundance of enjoyment. Anime rated 8 are basically as good as anime rated 7 when comparing the pacing, character development, genre-specific plot, art, animations and all other technical stuff but I just personally enjoyed them a lot better. All anime rated equal to or higher are highly recommended
7 - Good, these anime are the ones that I liked as a whole and it's definitely worth checking them out. However, I felt a lot of glaringly big things missing with multiple irregularities and negatives to watch out for. Read my tags for more info
6 - Worth a watch. I did not enjoy these anime as much as the ones listed above but were still entertaining enough. I found some major flaws including but not limited to bad character design & development, illogical story, bland plot, annoying characters, average art quality etc. which hampered my viewing experience by quite a bit
5 - Average (read: meh), did not enjoy the anime a lot but watched it because of something I liked. Overall, would not recommend these anime, but they are okay if you have nothing else to watch.
4 & below - Bad, anything below 5 is to be avoided, I regret watching them and they are most likely dropped. Most of these were boring titles I hoped would improve over time.
1 - I don't believe that any anime should be rated 1, even the worst ones, as they have some redeeming quality to them. Those people who rate very popular and high rated anime as 1 are absolute trash in my opinion and are basically trolls. These people are as good as those who rate "Pingu in the City" a 10/10

I haven't watched Grand blue yet so I don't know if it's good!
But if you're looking for comedy I would recommend:
-"Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou" It's a slice of life, comedy and school anime about highschool boys. (There's some girls too)
-"Nichijou" It's also an anime focusing on comedy but I believe it's a matter of taste if you think it's funny or not and there's some jokes you have to understand, but give it a try if you want!
- "Baka to test" It was a long time ago that I watched it so I don't remember much but it's supposed to be a comedy and I liked it back then. Read the description here on MAL. But I warn you if you don't like the kind of animes where boys are casually beaten up by girls it might not be for you.
There's probably better comedy animes out there but that's what I can think of now! I hope you're satisfied with my recommendations!🙂

I honestly don't remeber how i found you but probably i saw you in the comment section of one of my friend and for some interesting comment i added you i guess :D
And yeah, I didn't like the last part of season two as much as the rest of the series either. That's why I rated s2 lower than s1 but I'm still satisfied^^
Let's hope for a third season!XD
