Violet Evergarden my second favorite anime, very close behind Steins;Gate. It's the anime that cemented my passion for this form of entertainment and convinced me to continue watching whatever anime piqued my interest. The story, the animation, the character design, the OST, the cinematography. Violet Evergarden, in my eyes, represents one of the masterpieces of all of anime. Episode 10 of the anime was such a heartbreaking one, that almost 5 years later (I started watching anime back in April of 2020) I can still vividly remember the emotions that I felt
