I always enjoy commenting randomly across profiles, even if it's a bit creepy! I enjoy your taste in oriental cartoons as well. I just watched 0080 over the past weekend with some friends and it was really good.

I agree so far that Armageddon is better, even if New follows the older art style a bit better I enjoy the ultra detail and edgy style of Armageddon more and the story, while having some meandering middle parts, was just better. Still need to get the people I'm watching with together to finish New up.

I see you're reading the manga now, Go is the best part in my opinion, it has a really cool detailed style and the plot goes to some interesting places, the original is great as well though with all its iconic moments. A lot of the characters and situations from Go were mixed around to create Armageddon, so it's nice to see where some of the stuff from the OVA came from. Oh, I also heard that New has some story/character elements taken from other Ishikawa manga, but not many of his works are translated sadly.

Spotted a Yang on the New Getter page and popped on by, I remember seeing you watching something else at the same time as me I think... anyway, how'd you like New Getter? So far I think I like Armageddon better, but New has some cool looking scenes in it.

Oh, and Mami? Good taste in Megukas.
