I really enjoy your Nausicaa review on your blog, if not for new perspectives (the Manga is very explicit about its ideas and I find them correct but somewhat overdone) at least on the manner and enthusiasm you used to communicate them, it's obvious how much it means to you and maybe it'd eventually mean something to me.

I've read your review on Aikatsu! Couple of times, god damn, I totally agree with your point in there hahaha, Aikatsu! Is a really amazing show. Great review though, Made me want to re-watch it again in the future.

I might've been wrong about calling precure villains crap, their function is to give characterization to the main cast and should be judged on that merit instead. They aren't great, great villains will do both but they serve their function well enough.

Mahoutsukai started out extremely promising, looking forward to dig into it, feels very retro aswell.

I feel like Precure from what I've seen is a lot like a battle shounen but with a fitting tone and some actual effort put into the characters and their challenges.

That doesn't matter at all to me, I usually don't agree with the general consensus to begin with. The precure series I'm interested in at the moment are Mahoutsukai, GoPri and Dokidoki.

Your description sounds good, I usually prefeer SoL and character driven over action and narrative driven. I've seen parts of Futari wa and Star Twinkle and the villains are honestly crap so I'm not expecting anything on that front to begin with and poor villains don't bother me unless the show tries to play them off as well crafted villains.

I got interested in Mahoutsukai recently and since it appears to be your favourite Precure series could you tell me what makes it stand out among the others?

Also wouldn't your symbols work just aswell using actual numbers instead? ♥=7 and ✓=6 would result in the same thing, right?

Also on your enlightenment chart Maison Ikkoku is listed as Anime with 162 chapters.
