An anime fan (started early 2015) who aims to watch every single anime that exists.
I joined MAL to learn a thing or two about perspectives from other anime fans and I guess, to become a part of the larger anime fan community.
Probably my ultimate goal (or mission, desire, whatever you call it) is to grow an appreciation for every anime and find good in them - not necessarily viewing them as perfect masterpieces and being blind to constructive criticisms, but seeing them as an avenue for learning and enjoyment as well.
OKAY SO I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER THIS COUNTS AS AN ACHIEVEMENT OR NOT, NOR I AM SURE IF THIS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ACCURATE OR WHAT, BUT I JUST FINISHED MY ONE HUNDREDTH ANIME ON OCTOBER 25, 2016 FEATURING ZERO NO TSUKAIMA! CHEEEERS!

Back in my childhood days I used to watch shows like Naruto, Inuyasha or Detective Conan on a daily basis, but I didn't really know, nor did I particularly care that they're Anime. It all started about 3-4 years when some youtube videos of a certain german Anime reviewer showed up in my recommended videos. After watching a few of them I was really surprised that Anime was more than the stuff I already knew. That's why I felt the urge to see what else the medium has to offer, and it fascinated me in an instand. Well, and now I'm here - a total weeb. :^( jk
Btw, you should read some Manga from time to time. There's some REALLY great stuff around
Ah btw, you recommended Ping Pong to your friends? That's cool man. In my circle of friends nearly nobody watches Anime, and the ones who do watch aren't as much into it as myself. Also, what do you think of your 100th Anime? Doesn't seem like you enjoyed it too much
