Wise choice giving up on Bleach. I only got 334 episodes in myself, not to mention the manga goes even further past the adaptation. They could've taken it further seeing as the manga ended. I feel like Gintama is something I should read or learn the language before watching. I don't want all the foreign jokes to go over my head. Well, there's also the fact I prefer comedy in a school setting. Comedy in an adult setting is just bad role modeling. Of course, no one expects viewers to take it seriously. My drop list is rather small, so I might consider finishing Bleach and everything else I felt was too long or just a chore to continue watching. I might push you to finish watching some of the ones you dropped as well since I finished them myself. Of course, that's only if you have the time.

I know what I like when it comes to anime, so I avoid wasting time on anything I know doesn't fall within my range. Reviews on sites like this help a bit too. I always recommend anime fans to narrow down what they watch. Exploring is fine and all, but you may end up missing out on the good stuff. On that note, I recommend reading One Punch Man. Your free to wait till the 2nd season airs of course, but I don't believe it intends to catch up to the source material. Speaking of Madhouse adaptations, Overlord is something I'd jump on before the 2nd season comes out as well. Seems you haven't gotten around to it yet, so I thought I'd mention it. I'll limit my recommendations since you seem to be in the exploring stages. I'd be pushing my taste onto you if I recommended too many. Watch at your own pace, and find what you enjoy most. Now that I remember, you've already explored other mediums and ended up finding anime in the process. Continue to enjoy mate.

Oh, wasn't expecting BL since that wasn't how they advertised it. It also explains the PV, assuming it was that friend that instigated the declaration. I'm also the same when it comes to wanting to watch more classics. It took me a while to find the time to watch Evangelion. The oldest anime I can recommend you is Rurouni Kenshin, GTO, Cowboy Bebop, Inital D, Hajime no Ippo, and the mainstream anime that's still ongoing. However, I may avoid the mainstream anime for as long as I live. There's no tell if I'll live long enough to see the end of them. Glad Shippuden came to an end, but I wasn't expecting Boruto. Guess the author still has to make a living unless it's just dedication to fans. They aren't on my list, but I'd like to get around to Yu Yu Hakusho and InuYasha one of these days. Maybe even re-watch some old anime I watched as a child since I couldn't watch every episode that aired on TV. A few examples are Medarot, Digimon, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Megaman, etc... I'm glad the latest anime is short in comparison, but it increases the number of anime I'd like to catch up on. "One of these days", is all I can say.

I know my anime list is easy to explore as is, but feel free to ask for recommendations anytime. Just name a genre or two, and I'll try to avoid anything you've already watched. We can also discuss other anime as well. I'd like to know how Koi to Uso is so far since I plan to watch it. It's rare to see an anime based on arranged marriage; however, I'm completely against the idea of a MC who just wants to get in someone's pantsu. Oh, and tell me if you prefer PMs instead. I'm down with either.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
