Okay, to start off, I'm going to go on a little tirade about the early chapters of this manga's art. If you don't care or whatever, then keep scrolling until you see "TIRADE END", I guess, haha.
*TIRADE START*
When I read this manga, I was shocked that the art style of the manga that managed to tie with OP was so bad. It actually looked a lot like my current art style.
I was actually sort of happy.
You see, I'm an aspiring mangaka (bleh, I know that's not what you call it outside of Japan, but bleh), and I was always thinking that my art style

Ah, where shall I start with KHR?
I was introduced to the franchise through the anime. When I realized the anime was cancelled, I finished the anime and then moved on to the manga. Every time I finished a chapter, the next one just got even better. I honestly enjoyed every moment of reading this. Story is flawless, ofc. The archetypes in the manga are just as perfect. The art is amazing. You can see she put her heart and soul into her drawings (esp in the Simon Arc and her drawings of Daemon Spade completely revived). Overall, I enjoyed this manga a lot. Hopefully, Akira will make another ... Dec 23, 2014

While this show put the elemental motif's usage to its full potential, that's where everything that's good about this show stopped for me.
I've never disliked an action anime before that accurately satisfies all the criteria and things I loved about anime until I watched this show. There's nothing interesting or likeable going on in this show at all. Everything in this show is just standard generic drivel. You have a generic male lead, who's still in K-12 school, meets a girl, discovers his inner abilities, female lead gets captured, guy goes to save him. But what makes that dislikeable is that the male lead saving the female lead ... Dec 23, 2014

This show is just all around bad for me. I want to like it, but there's nothing to like.
The story was amusing; I loved the idea of large scale kingdoms fighting each other using rl setting(s), but they lost me when they introduced mecha. That was a huge blunder to what I was hoping for with this show. Lelouch is an interesting character, but I quickly lost interest in him and this show over time. He sort of fell into the generic anti hero trope for me. The art and sound are great but it's not enough reason to watch a show. It's like eating an apple ... Dec 23, 2014

I really hated that the show was cancelled, but I started to come to like the show enough to watch the anime and then read the manga.
Protip: If you wanna watch this, READ THE MANGA. They sugarcoat a lot of shite about the characters in the anime, some for understandable reasons and some for pointless ones. That aside, I really love this show. It incorporates everything I love about anime in a manner that is 10x better than how the big three did it: shady and funny asf anti-heroes, shy, no good protag, OP, superpowered fights, bishies, bishous, fights, oh my! Just watch it. Oct 3, 2014

Whoever said this show was your typical shounen experience couldn't be further from wrong.
Sure this show is based on things that make up a typical shounen anime, but if you actually watched the entire show, and noticed the depth of the messages they were trying to send, you'd see. Everything about this show is simply beautiful. It doesn't try to hard to make it too gushy, and as the plot develops, as the show goes on, it just gets better and better. I really liked how well done they portrayed the romance in these shows. It gives you a sort of feel that other media fails to ... Oct 1, 2014

My first full review of an anime. WOOT! Well, let me start off with a foreword.
This show is simply fantastic in its entirety. I've seen a lot of anime in my 14 years of life, but this one is easily one of the best. Everything about this show is flawfree, and I recommend anyone who's a fan of Naruto, DBZ, Fairy Tail and Bleach to watch this as you'll see where the aforementioned four shows got their inspiration from. Story: The story is so flawfree that flawfree might be an understatement. I'll try not to spoil much, but it's so good. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD. Whoever said the Big ... Sep 28, 2014

I really enjoyed Kaze no Stigma.
It has great characters, all the right seiyuus, awesome action, and although there isn't a lot of comedy to go on about (at least imo) it makes up for it in some comprehensible way. Overall, it's a really good show. I gave it an overall score of 9 because of the abrupt ending of the show when there was so much more they could've done with this show, and how they ended just wasted all that potential, imo.
