That's great that you're trying something new. Aoi Hana is excellent entry level yuri - as it's just so fantastic. I'd be equally fascinated if you didn't enjoy it though.

We don't seem to share alot of animes but the ones we do we score fairly closely. Looking over your list Elfin Lied is something I'd be confident you'd enjoy, it's really great and on your planned list. I'm kinda arrogant so anything that I list 9 or 10 I all but guarantee is a quality watch. Like I said, arrogant.

Ah yes, it's from a very wonderful yuri anime called Aoi Hana. Which I see you just added in your plan to watch! If do do end up watching it feel free to message me how you found it.

Also Whisper of the Heart is also one of the greatest anime films ever.
