Both are wholesome rom-coms, set in an office. There are cute relationships in both manga, and also have similar sets of characters. They both make you laugh occasionally, Also their chapters are pretty short as well.

If you liked Tsuki ga Kirei add

Both are non-dramatic slice of life anime with actual romantic relationships. Tsuki ga Kirei is not a comedy anime like Horimiya is, but if you enjoyed observing the relationships and their development you will definitely enjoy Tsuki ga Kirei as well.

...then you might like Kakushigoto add

Both are anime that are mostly funny, but can and will probably hit your feels out of the blue. Though the situations are vastly different the vibes feels pretty much the same. Also both made me cry like a kid.
