2. Even if you hadn't done that (or if, regardless, users didn't just post clips from their favorite shows (which they would, and did)), the thread wasn't discussing anything, so it didn't belong in Anime Discussion.

The pixiv tag says it's from, Cardfight!! Vanguard. I've never seen/read the series, so I can't really confirm it.
