Bastard!! Ankoku no Hakaishin (ONA)
add

Powerful beings from centuries ago are brought back to face imminent threats that could destroy their worlds. They are arrogant, egotistical and self-centered, they couldn't care less about what's going on, and would rather do as they please, but end up helping out of obligation. Sealed into the body of a child, both of them transform into adults in order to fight with the help of a teenage woman, who also keeps them in check whenever necessary. Sometimes they also handle sacred weapons that hold spirits within them. These fantasy shows have a similar vibe going on with the main characters and the general setup. They differ in their desires, with Dark Schneider being lustful for hot women, and Zenki being of the gluttonous kind regarding the Seeds of Evil. The settings are also different with Bastard!! being medieval fantasy-themed and Zenki taking inspiration from Hinduism while being set in modern times, though the cast gets sent to a feudal Japan era for a handful of episodes. Despite both having the Ecchi tag, Zenki is very tame regarding suggestive content, and even then it's only in the first few episodes, whereas Bastard!! does contain significant levels of nudity all the way through, especially in the 2020s anime.

Rockman

One is about superhero wrestlers, and the other is about robots. What they have in common is their large casts of characters, many of which have quirky designs and over the top abilities, with their names often ending in "man". I'm mainly recommending the (original/classic) Rockman game series, but most games do have manga adaptations by different authors.

Hokuto no Ken: Raoh Gaiden Ten no Haoh
add

In each show, one of the main characters is a conqueror who aims to rule the land, alongside their own group of warriors, who also get a fair share of the spotlight. The fights, strategies and betrayals that ensue have a similar vibe. Ten no Haoh has a focus on deadly martial arts styles, while Berserk's combat is more grounded, at least initially. Although the settings are different (one is set in medieval times and the other in a post-apocalyptic wasteland) they feel similar somehow. It should be noted that Ten no Haoh is best enjoyed if you're already familiar with the original Hokuto no Ken.

Irregular Hunter X: The Day of Sigma

Similar plot about an army of soldiers who are suddenly betrayed by their own, tyrannical leader. Both are tragedies involving genocide and destruction. However, not all hope is lost, as they have the prospect that one day, a hero will defeat this murderous ruler and avenge the fallen.

JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 3: Stardust Crusaders

If you enjoy series about traveling around the world, each show has something to offer. A good amount of time is spent on different locations, mostly Southeast Asia. You'll see Ryu and Ken, as well as the Joestar group, travel to places such as Hong Kong and India. Some are unique to each series, like Thailand and Spain in Street Fighter II V, or Singapore and Egypt in Stardust Crusaders, to name a few. Either way, you'll see a variety of real world countries in both shows. Apart from that, both are action shows about fighting and companionship.
