Hello, I'm a pretty big anime and manga fan. Keeping track of everything in the notes app was too confusing so I created this account. My first anime is demon slayer and I read more manga now.

Slice of life and romance are my favorite genres so they usually receive higher scores from me. I'm pretty sure that I'm a generous grader, although my average score is steadily decreasing as I watch more anime. I grade 98% on subjectivity which means as long as I like something and think its good, it gets a good score. Anything that affects my enjoyment could make a huge difference. My score mainly boils down to five things.

1. Story
2. Characters
3. Art
4. Sound
5. Enjoyment

If something is rated below a 5/10 by me means I hate it to the point where I believe it needs to be thrown into a pit of fire. Very few things get below a seven. I tend to see the good in stories more than the bad so my scores are usually high.

Favorites - Things I put in my favorites first need to be masterpieces in my eyes. Next they need to be the sort of stories that make me rethink my life, and/or invoke lots of emotion. It needs to carve into my soul. Three Days of Happiness and Your Name are the only ones I can definitively put there without hesitation. No other story I've seen are nearly as good as them including the other things on my favorites. Everything else on my favorites come closer to these two stories than any others so I put them there.

9 - I enjoyed it a lot
8 - I enjoyed it
7 - It's fine I guess
6 - I mean it's alright???
5 - Bad
4 - Very bad
3 - I hate this
2 - Please remove this from my mind
1 - GET THIS THIS OFF THE PLANET

I doubt anything would ever get a one from me. Even if you showed me the worst pieces of fiction I would most likely not give any of them a one because as long as I find one good thing I enjoyed, it gets higher than a one. (unless there is one aspect of the movie that is so atrocious in my eyes I take another point off)
