I'm glad to hear you enjoyed Nineteen, Twenty One. It's definitely a very nice, short, and heartwarming read. I recall that you wanted OP protagonists, so wasn't sure if only giving shoujo recs was a good idea. I haven't been reading much shoujo manga lately, but I definitely have a lot of good ones I can still recommend when you need them ;)

Fruits Basket is a classic (not sure if I said that already), so it should be a hit more than a miss. Hopefully!

I'm so glad you're enjoying it lol. I really like making recommendations so I tend to make a lot lol. I've had years when I only get one rec and it's just absolutely not something I want to watch and that just sucks lol.
I also haven't had a lot of time to watch my recs yet so I totally get it lol. Now I have more stuff to watch than I have time for lolol

Well, people are fan of flaming anime, calling them overrated what they don't like (good example Attack on Titan, many people call it overrated, while it's truly an amaizing anime). People just can't say why they don't like it and just call it overrated simply. I really love how at first Violet is a girl without any feeling, and at the end she's more emotional than any other character in the show, also the art style is just beautiful. Sadly the only sequel I currently know is a movie released in 2020.

Yes, at first I loved the anime mainly becouse of the main character, Violet Evergarden, then from like episode 7(?) onwards literally nonstop crying. Very beautiful and emotional anime, happy that it gets alot of praise

saw your review about violet evergarden, there is two problem affecting ppl regarding this anime.. the over hype kyoani createad, and the fillers... so it became a mass disappointment for most ppl. I particulary dont hate it tho.
