It's the Internet, and going by the #general_talk header at the top this was clearly a public(ish) discussion, so I honestly shouldn't be that surprised to see it resurfacing places. Apology isn't even warranted anyways, that was clearly a serious thing for you, involving a lot of nuances and details that I know nothing about.
