The Slice of Life Club will be hosting a Cute Competition for the next seven weeks. It's pretty much going to be the same thing as our Moe Competition, except for the fact that characters from overly popular series weren't allowed in the contest (since they always win). It's time to give other cute girls a chance to shine. There are four different groups with 32 girls in each group. One girl from each group will go on as a finalist to face off against each other in two championship rounds. Our winner and finalists will get a special card edition in their honor and a spot on the club's layout.

As you can see, we have quite the long lineup of girls for our first round. Half of them will be eliminated after this round, though, so please vote to help us decide who stays and who goes!
P.S. Due to the club having so many members, we aren't able to send out newsletters to all of our members. If you would like to receive newsletters from the Slice of Life Club, post here.
Our newsletters include notifications on when our competition rounds start, club event information, information on our monthly banner contest (new feature starting in September), news about updates and changes to the club, etc.
P.S.S We are in need of active card makers!
We do a few monthly editions and we really need some more card makers to help out with those. If you are interested in applying, click here.
Oh, and I rate them subjectively, by my enjoyment, but I use the system from 6-10 to do it.
I rate lower if I kept suffering watching a shitty anime looking forward for it to amaze me and then it doesn't...
Sometimes I wish there was some fantasistic adventure waiting for me out there in the world x.x
So sad it is what it is sometimes.
How are you, by the way?
My score depends solely on my Personal Enjoyment, how much of a fan of the series I am.
When I find a great anime world which I would love to be part of: Like DBZ or One Piece, and others, I give it an instant 10 out of jealousy that the anime isn't real life T_T *sniff* *sniff*
And I just just need to learn something from the anime, just a good message at the end which moves with my emotions, and it's an instant 10 too x'D
The worse I gve is 6.
My rating is: 6 = 1: Shitty
7 = 2: Could have been a lot better
8 = 3: Enjoyable
9 = 4: Very good Anime
10 =5: Awesome Anime.
And no, an anime isn't boring just because I don't know the direction they're taking it in. Yet, because of the vague plot and even vaguer episode, I'm not really sure what to think of it. Am I describing it properly? Like, I don't know if it's going to mainly be a story of friendship, or action sequences, or even just an exploration of a post-Japan nuclear destruction.
Hm... I don't have a particular preferable main character. It's different for all anime. But the reason I didn't like this main character is because I felt like the authors tried to think of every single "good" trait in main characters and try and mix it all up in this one character. I just don't think it meshes together very well.
Did I answer your questions alright? And don't worry about it being rant-like. Honestly, your rant is the most polite one I've come across so far. And so sorry for replying so late. I wasn't avoiding you, promise. I had a sudden crop of homework and other RL things.
But I still liked the art
that's for sure that free! is not perfect but it is not that bad like people say either. like, seriously?.. it's like people are spilling out their hatred against free! lol i'm just laughing. i got hate too much because of my review (i keep getting tho) that's why i said that.
By if you really want one you could always get your friends to call you a nickname. They may ask you why or be a little curious but I'm sure they'll think of something. Or if not, maybe when you go to university or move somewhere else if you're planning to do those things, you can sort of start over by telling people a nickname to call you by instead of your full name? That's sort of what I did and it works.
And so yeah.
