Both of the story indeed about vengeance but instead showing unnecessary vengeance, their path of heroic story was justifiable in fact they're deserve more recognizing from other fantasy tropes that filled nothing but nonsense. Trust me, if you're like me who looking the proper fantasy with proper path of world then both of them are your strong suit

at first glance the two of them are similar, yet very different, for example, the one I recommended is about a dude who loves waifu but for some reason, he ended up as a villain character which led him to something quite catchy cringe. dunno, while the other is about a guy who "died" and ended up as a villain character and again, I don't think this kinda genre should exist although the story as a whole was average, and again it is quite worth to waste time
