Hey sorry I didn't see your comment right away but I've got nothing new to add. I got my copies at a bookstore, it looks like the Viz website has a list of places, and I don't think it ever got fully scanlated.

I had to buy mine on amazon, since they still sell it there.

Here is a list of places you can read it digitally. I only searched briefly, but I don't think it's available on any popular scanlation sites in English.
