Koukyuu no Karasu/Raven of the Inner Palace is based on the light novel series of the same name by Kouko Shirakawa, which was recently licenced by seven seas entertainment. Volume 1 is scheduled to be released in 2023, Theme of this series is based on ancient china, Raven of the Inner Palace is indeed a unique story filled of mystery, fantasy, and history.
Deep within the inner palace lives a special consort who does not serve the emperor despite her position, known as the Raven Consort. Some claim she is an elderly woman, while others claim she is young and beautiful.

series is Liu Shouxue (Ryuu Jusetsu), the Raven Consort of the Inner Palace, She is young and beautiful, For a price, her dark arts have the ability to cast deadly curses, exorcise ghosts, and locate missing objects.
I loved watching Shouxue ,her backstory is quite painful, It was said from the start that Raven consort has to live her life alone, and she can’t leave the inner palace.
And our Male lead is the young emperor, Xia Gaojin, Raven consort has never met emperor before, Story starts when the emperor seeks out the Raven Consort to use that magic.
The animation was beautiful and clean, especially the magical elements, it also contains some fantastic visuals with an interesting & engaging plot.
I was excited for this series since the first PV came out, I loved this anime from the start and we don't get much josei shows, some say that this show also falls under the shoujo genre.
Additionally, there is a teeny bit of romance between them, they are aware of one another. Sometimes, we saw Shouxue blush when she unintentionally touched the emperor, but most of the time, she was rude to him and it was fun watching her when she talks like this to the emperor XD.
And I loved watching Shouxue when she used her hair ornament to cast magic, it was beautiful. The characters are unique, and you'll get to learn about their fascinating backstories filled with mystery, And all the side characters are also likeable.
I also loved the opening and endings of this show.
Raven of the inner palace is one of the underrated gem of this season, It was one of the seasons's best show for me.

It's been a while since I binged a manga in less than a day, and Promise Cinderella is now one of my favourites. The storyline grabbed me in from the first chapter, and I adore reading age gap manga, especially when the female lead is older.
Hayame Katsuragi, our female lead, is quite a bold type of character; she is a 27-year-old housewife living a happy life, but things turn kind of bad for her and she ends up being divorced and homeless. Living in a park, she is spotted by Issei, our male lead, who is 17 years old, whom she had once encountered on

a train bullying his classmate. Issei is a spoiled rich boy, but somethings happens and he decides to take Hayame into his home; well, from the start, I loved the plot, and I love both Hayame and Issei, they both have harsh backstories.
I really enjoyed this series; the character development was excellent, and I adored all of the supporting characters. And Hayame suffered a lot, but in the end she found her happiness.
And, I absolutely loved the art, and Hayame is soooo cute.
Overall, the story was wonderful; I absolutely loved it. However, there are a few things I'd like to point out: there was a lot of unnecessary drama, and it occasionally felt unreal because so many evil characters appeared. Additionally, the ending was perhaps a bit rushed.
Thats why I’m giving it a 9/10.
Anyways, The way the relationship develops, with the two continuing to deny their feelings up until they can no longer hide them, was charming. The final chapter also had a satisfying ending.
Although there is some intense drama in this series, I still recommend it.

So, for the past few days, I've been reading Keiko's works. Kuchibiru ni Kimi no Iro is a short sweet love story, the characters were charming, and overall, I enjoyed the story.
Our female lead is a depressed girl, she wants to be a transparent type person because something bad happened in her past and she used to be an amazing artist but she stopped painting after that incident, than one day a handsome boy transfers in her school, he got interested in her and encouraged her to draw again; this was the synopsis.
Art was damn good.
And I'll give it a 7/10
However, there were some flaws

in this series, Plot was rushed, And several events occurred quite fast, it was like super short.
Given the limited number of chapters, the author was able to tell us a good story, but I wish she had written more, It might have been made longer by going into further depth about what they went through while separated, It lacks character development.
But it was a good plot, and I'd suggest it to anyone looking for a short read.

Boku to Kimi no Taisetsu na Hanashi is from the same author who created Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun or My little monster, It's a beautiful short story about a couple, starts with when our female lead Nozomi Aizawa confesses her feelings to Shirou Azuma.
Shirou Azuma is the series' male lead; he is a bumbling airhead who is still popular in his class; on the other hand, Nozomi Aizawa is very adorable and is head over heals for him, you'll come to like every character in the end and the story flowed so beautifully.
I loved this series because-
- The romance was not rushed, not dragged.
- Not

deep like other shoujo manga.
- No serious love rival.
- Side characters were super cute.
- Art was Beautiful.
I loved every page of this manga, and liked every character, especially Aizawa, she was so freaking cute lol, I wanted to define every side character in my review but I wanna keep it short.
It was a great Shoujo manga.
This series was shorter, but it ended in such a sweet way. I loved the characters throughout the series, and the ending was great.
I enjoyed it sooo much.

She shared that Hoshi no Tokei no Liddell was the last dedicated work when she still had a passion for manga. When Yoshimi Uchida lost her inspiration to write, she could no longer hold a pen. Each character has a sad expression on their face, like they’re searching for something, Keep in mind that it is a unique work from others, and that I cannot describe its plot in words. Rather, it is up to you, since different people may experience the same things in different ways.
If I were a poet or author, I would be bursting with words to describe how I felt while reading this. Unfortunately, I am not.
However, I would strongly recommend it.

Kimi to Tsuzuru Utakata is a sweet but painful Yuri story by Yuama, I've also loved her previous work Ikemensugi desu Shiki-senpai!. Kimi to Tsuzuru Utakata (The Summer You Were There), Yuama's latest series, travels a far more difficult route than her prior work, The Girl I Want Is So Handsome, with more complex characters and darker topics.

Kaori is a cute and cheerful character but...............
Ahhh I think might spoil something important but this one's really sad.
This series is much darker than the other yuri series i've read so far.
The Plot-line is unique and art is also beautiful.
And I would totally recommend this.

of seeming "normal" to her coworkers, She's still an emotional wreck, full of self-doubt, and doesn’t know her own feelings.
On the other hand Satou Asahi, her superior at work, is the complete opposite of her, She is five years older than her and is a plain, hardworking individual who is unaffected by her surroundings.
However, after a chance encounter, Hinako begins to recognise Asahi differently and develops an urge to get to know her better after feeling that she has been misunderstood throughout their relationship. This misinterpretation was shown to be mutual as Asahi also had an incomplete impression of Hinako based on her limited reflection.
The development of the storyline makes for a pleasant experience, observing those two discover their own happiness and freedom, Asahi and Hinako are learning what it means to love and care for one another as they try to come to terms with the fact that their own definitions of "love" are very different from the ones that are imposed by society.
I loved how both of them sort out their feelings.
Both the main characters are super cute, and side characters like Asahi’s sister subaru and Fuuka san ( felt a little bad for her ) are also cute and well written.
Art was wonderful and perfectly matched the storyline.
It's really wonderfully written, and everything goes naturally and without being rushed.
Lol and there is this one thing that i noticed in these three of my favourite yuri manga series that is similar.
In Bloom into you, Sasayaku You ni Koi wo Utau and in this one, All the Main characters have orange hair colour and all the senpais have dark black hairs XD.
Anyways, I loved this series so much!!!

I wasn't actually planning on writing a review,
But this is one of the finest one-shots I've ever read.
Additionally, it was a fantastic quick read.
The plot is straightforward and was written by the same person who wrote "Nisekoi," yet it hurts harder than I anticipated.
Story was beautiful and fascinating.
And the artwork was lovely.
...
Also, the characters are perfectly integrated into the storyline.
I started crying when the plot took such a sharp turn.
Even though no one will read my review, I had to write about this one.
This one will really strike you.
I truly hope a short movie gets made eventually, but it probably won't.

From the outset, Summertime Rendering has the air of a slice-of-life anime with a lighthearted and clean story. But as the story goes on, one can find themselves drawn into a storyline that is amazingly intriguing and engaging.
I began reading the manga just after the sixteenth episode aired; the

chapters were short, and I was able to finish it in a few days.
The excellent thing about this anime is that it adapts the whole manga; the 139 chapters of the manga are covered in all 25 episodes.
There are no cliffhangers, and a new season is not required.
Additionally, the plot is fantastic, and the show's premise is quite unique.
Story: 10/10
Animation: 8/10
Sound: 10/10
Characters: 9/10
Enjoyment: 10/10
So, Shinpei is the main protagonist of the story, who, He made his first trip back to Hitogashima in two years to attend the funeral of his childhood friend Ushio Kofune. He was raised in the Kofune family and has been close to Ushio and Mio as if they were his family because he lost his parents when he was a little child.
And the show's female lead Ushio will surprise you.
She is my favourite character XD.
I love how the antagonist in this show, who are also extremely intelligent, try to obstruct the MC's efforts to figure things out.
It's really interesting how time travel works and how everything resets after death. Without giving away the narrative, the programme does a great job of explaining the crucial points so that viewers are not confused.
Also, there are several well-integrated mystery, thriller, and supernatural aspects in the plot. Although the anime builds up a lot in the first half, watchers won't be able to guess what will happen in the last act.
I think the animation was fantastic, and the action parts were thrilling.
The character designs, especially the eyes, were beautiful.
And the drastic tone changes throughout the anime will blow your mind.
Summertime Rendering is a nice change of scenery in the first half of the anime.
But, watchers will find an anime full of negative feelings, regret, despair, desire, and sadness as they become immersed in the plot. The story doesn't end there, though. Near the end of the anime, viewers will be greeted by brutal violence, suffering, and murder.
Man Shinpei will endure the greatest hardship, and as the story progresses, he will grow to be quite likeable. But sometimes it appeared as though he might just break.
The story will also be carried by other characters including Mio, Hizuru, tokiko etc.
Since the plot would draw you in, it was difficult to watch this show on a weekly basis. A 20-minute episode felt like 4-5 minutes lol.
The Opening and endings songs were super good my fav one is Shitsuren Song Takusan Kiite Naite Bakari no Watashi wa Mou (失恋ソング沢山聴いて 泣いてばかりの私はもう.) by riria.
I also watched some episodes twice.
And, there is a slight amount of romance too.
And what a wonderful ending.
This is a show you could binge watch, and it’s one of the best shows of 2022 in my opinion, a true gem.
I’m glad that I watched it.

Finding what you love is the most important lesson I've taken away from this series, and the Chihayafuru series has become an important part of my life. Life is full of ups and downs, and I believe that everyone experiences these, but sometimes you just wonder "what am I doing?" or "what is the point of my life?" You don't know what to do, how to feel, or where to lead yourself. We often start to doubt every area of our lives when we're feeling

lost, which sends us spinning out of control.
And right now, I'm not even sure what I love, but after finishing this series, I feel encouraged, much like when you watch Chihaya working her tail off to pursue her dream—you can't help but feel inspired.
I loved both anime and manga but anime covered about 143 chapters out of 247 chapters and manga is recently ended.
So after finishing all the seasons, I read the manga from the start, and many people out there still doesn’t know about this gem. So I decided to write a review...My main reason was to just write about this...how much I loved this... There might be some minor spoilers in this review.
Chihayafuru contains themes like discovering one’s identity, finding purpose in life, friendship, solitude and achieving dreams.
Right after starting this series, I had a strong emotional connection to the characters right away, and I found the story to be compelling right away.
The reason Chihayafuru work is Yuki Suetsugu's skilled writing because how well she made the storyline that is focused on karuta. But it has been shown in series that karuta is not a very famous sport, she made the plot like this so the readers will dissolve in that sport and it is so good that it’ll make you want to get involved in competitive karuta.
After finishing the series, I became very interested in karuta, and I occasionally watch Queen-Meijin matches on YouTube, as well as high school championships, And to be really honest, I still have trouble putting into words how much I loved this series, how often I cried rivers while watching the anime and while reading the manga too, and how I believe it transformed me. I also struggle to express how much this series matters to me...Like I could brag about it for like forever.
Chihayafuru is technically a sports manga, but unlike other common sports series, The plot centers around the traditional Japanese card game karuta and centres on Chihaya's journey to the top female player in the country, Despite its unique subject, Chihayafuru is a classic sports anime that may not be enjoyed by action lovers. It’s wonderful mixture of shoujo and josei genres.
In Japan, karuta is regarded as a sport, and in Chihayafuru, we go deeply into the domain of karuta competition.
Basically Karuta is a card game It involves memorization of the Hyakunin Isshu, an anthology of one hundred poems. A reader reads out a randomly selected poem, and the player has to find the corresponding lower phrase of said poem., Before this series I’ve never heard of karuta and Hyakunin Isshu poems.

But after this series i was totally into The 100 poets, And my favourite Kana-chan, the cheerful darling of the school karuta club, deserves credit.
My favourite poem:

So, Chihaya is the main protagonist. Pure, energetic, and ambitious. Watching her work so hard towards her dream will kind of motivate you, and Chihaya is beyond likeable for me.
Chihaya is an airhead. Her love for karuta takes priority over everything else, frequently at the expense of her friendships. She is completely unaware of Taichi's apparent affection for her, and anytime Arata's name is spoken, she transforms into another person, completely consumed by her childhood memories. Taichi looks on wistfully, but he can't even bring himself to despise Arata. Chihaya's dedication inspires me. She is driven by her love of the game and her desire to become Queen.
And I love chihaya, and all the karuta club members.
Arata, The primary trio's reclusive genius is Arata. Being from a low-income household, he meets Chihaya and Taichi for the first time when he enrolls at their grade school.
In the whole series Arata was praised because he was so good at karuta since the age of 4 also as the grandson of eternal Master.
Taichi is a complete opposite character of Arata. He is attractive, well-liked, quite wealthy, and generally brilliant at all he does, and the reason he plays karuta because he wants to stand beside Chihaya and Arata. He begins off in middle school as a horrible little brat before developing into a sensitive young man, who is loved by everyone.
Though he never loved karuta, But watching him losing was frustrating.
“Eventhough you don’t like it, you still tried your absolute hardest in it. So I thought that, it was really admirable. That’s how much you loved those people”

He is the main pillar of karuta club, Soon, you can't help but understand his intense love for Chihaya, and it becomes clear that he is making an effort to atone for his prior actions by showing consideration and compassion to people around him. I like taichi.
The characters themselves are what actually carry the narrative, and their different paths are so fascinating.
Talk about the main trio, The love triangle's basic idea is rather simple, yet their karuta journeys are so strongly influenced by how their relationships grow.
All the other characters besides those three, like Shinobu, Sou , Sodou, Nikuman kun Xd , Kana-chan , Deskmotou kun lol, Harada sensei , Sakurazawa sensie and all the other students from another school plays important part in the story.
Chihaya meets many people in her journey, and meeting wakamiya shinobu lits up a fire in her heart to defeat wakamia(she is the current queen) and become the queen.
Personally I liked Shinobu and the Mejin Sou.
The art was so so prettyy.
And the matches are super intense, both solo one and the team tournaments also.
And I loved the ending of this series, Probably one of the best ending in my opinion.
I loved everything about this series, And No, it’s not just about the romance.
Chihayafuru is about youth and passion, and easy to get into. The main themes of the story are never lost, and Chihaya doesn't take too long to understand her feelings either.
Its a lovely, peaceful series with lovable characters.
I appreciate you reading my review, And I genuinely hope you would give Chihayafuru a chance. It might change your life, you never know.
