I loved both of them and they are quite similar. First off, Both are almost reverse harem right? And Both series have Beautiful and funny female protagonists. And plot is based on Otome games.

Both are pretty much similar, In these both series their main characters are in their first year of high school. And the other main character is their senpai and in both of these their senpais falls for them. And i thing story is pretty much the same just confessions happens the there is misunderstandings and in series the showed the senpais cool but in there they are fragile and very sensitive. And both of these senpais have a best friend that...... Thats it if i write more im afraid ill give spoilers. So if you liked Yagate Kimi ni Naru then pretty much you'll also like Sasayaku You ni Koi wo Utau.

In both bakuman and chihayafuru their main journey starts from their high school freshman year, and characters are totally focused towards their dreams. In these both series characters go through hardships and ups and downs to be able to archive their dreams and other than sports there is also romance, comedy. And in both series there is great character development, and their rivals was also pretty much similar. They don't have that many things that are similar but yeah after i watched these i felt like recommending them, both series are in my favourite list. If you watched chihayafuru or bakuman and you haven't watched the other one, you should watch it.
