I think it's to prevent spamming in certain communities or something. That or to make it so when you block someone they can't just make another account to harass you.

You a fan of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai then? I know barely anyone whos seen it for some reason and it sucks.

Grisaia is sooo underrated! The back stories are just sho gewd. Sankarea is one of the few manga to get a rise out of me. Like in most cases the tension is mostly fabricated due to plot armor but it comes in full force here. (you have profile comments disabled so I can't reply directly And I can't do pms yet.)
