Haha! I've tried using "Photoshop brushes" or "Photoshop patterns" as my search terms when I'm searching for stuff in Deviantart and I found plenty of results. I just keep downloading anything that catches my interest, hehe. :3

Let's start with the images. :D Most of the images I've used were mainly from the episode clips, so that means I'm gonna need to download the episodes (usually raw episodes) and extract the frames from a video clip to grab the screenshot of that specific character which I'll need for a specific section of my layout. However, this process takes a lot of time, lol. I would also use images of characters from official art, so I'll be needing to browse either yande.re, Zerochan, or Minitokyo for high quality official pictures I need. :)
Then there are brushes, patterns, and layer styles. My main source for these would be Deviantart and that's where I download them. :D I could also search for them from Google and I'd end up finding sites such as Brusheezy from the results. There are plenty of sites like these which you can find. :)
My profile layout took me a really long time to assemble. About 2 months, lol. :D

Mhmm good question.. I'm not watching many this season. But I'd definitely recommend you watch Ballroom e Youkoso (welcome to the ballroom) one of my fav manga and it's finally getting animated. Other than that Fate/Apocryphia is pretty good, but I see you haven't watched any of the fate series yet. Kakegurui is pretty good as well, I'm not far into the manga but people are liking the anime o.o
Also random recommendation but you should try Boku no Hero Academia .3.
