'Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo' Gets Third Season in 2026

The official website of the television anime adaptation of Rikito Nakamura and Yukiko Nozawa's Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo (The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You) manga announced a third season on Saturday, revealing an announcement promo and a teaser visual (pictured). The new season is scheduled to premiere in 2026.

Produced by Bibury Animation Studios, the first season aired in 12 episodes in Fall 2023. The second season premiered in Winter 2025. Crunchyroll streamed the anime with subtitles and dubs in multiple languages.

Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo, also known as Hyakkano, adapts Nakamura and Nozawa's comedy harem manga, which they launched in Young Jump magazine in December 2019. Shueisha published the 23rd volume on September 19, with the 24th volume scheduled to be released on December 18. Hyakkano has a cumulative 2.2 million copies of its volumes in circulation.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English under its Ghost Ship imprint in July 2021. The 15th volume went on sale on September 2, with the 16th volume planned for a December 2 release.

Soulmates are ideal romantic partners chosen at birth, that's why they fall in love at first sight, again it has nothing to do with brainwashing.

Rentarou's girlfriends have many reasons to love him, we can't tell for sure what would happen if they weren't his soulmates, maybe they'd fall in love with someone like him, maybe they would never find love or maybe they wouldn't even exist, who knows?

His explanation is blatant brainwashing though and it works like that too, these girls would never fall in love with him if they weren't brainwashed upon eye contact.

@Ionliosite2 it's love at first sight, the god of love explains it in the first episode of the show.

Also Rentarou beats the physical manifestation of common sense and he's ready to kill the author if he does anything like that to his girlfriends (yes, he literally says this in the manga) so nobody will die.

I have not seen this show yet but I'm really happy for people who have been enjoying it. It sounds like there is a great deal more content to adapt which is great. That is a welcome difference to a lot of series which stall out because they catch up to the source material.
