'Kabushikigaisha Magi-Lumière' Announces Cast Pair [Update 9/18]

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Sekka Iwata and Yuu Aoki's Kabushikigaisha Magi-Lumière (Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc.) manga revealed a pair of cast and a new visual (pictured). The anime is scheduled to premiere on October 4 at 11:00 p.m. on the Friday Anime Night programming block on NTV's 30 affiliated stations.

Chika Anzai (Lycoris Recoil) and Akira Ishida (Bungou Stray Dogs) are joining the cast as Mei Tsuchiba and Kei Koga, respectively.

Singer-songwriter Mafumafu (Cool Doji Danshi) is performing the opening theme "Order Made."

Masahiro Hiraoka (Kakegurui Twin CG director) is helming the anime at Studio Moe and J.C.Staff. Shingo Nagai (Uma Musume: Pretty Derby Season 3) is handling the series composition and script. Hidehiro Asama (Violet Evergarden key animation) is designing the characters and Makoto Miyazaki (One Punch Man) is composing the music.

Iwata and Aoki began serializing the action fantasy manga in Shounen Jump+ in October 2021. Shueisha released the 13th volume on September 4.

VIZ Media licensed the manga in English in June 2023 and released the third volume on August 20. The fourth volume is scheduled to go on sale on October 15. Shueisha is also simulpublishing the manga digitally on its Manga Plus website and app.

Update September 18

The official website of the Kabushikigaisha Magi-Lumière television anime revealed additional cast, staff, and a character visual (pictured) on Wednesday.

Kaori Ishihara (Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara) and Kikuko Inoue (Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari) are joining the cast as Lily Aoi and Miyako Asou, respectively.
