'Starmyu 2nd Season' New Cast Members Announced

The official Twitter account of TV anime Starmyu has revealed new cast members for the upcoming sequel. The new characters are the Ancients (coaches) as well as two of the members each from team Yuzuriha and team Sazanami. The anime is scheduled to premiere in Spring 2017.

Ritsu Saotome: Ryutaro Okiayu (Toriko)
Taiga Futaba: Soichiro Hoshi (Gensoumaden Saiyuuki)

Riku Ageha: Nobunaga Shimazaki (Active Raid: Kidou Kyoushuushitsu Dai Hachi Gakari)

Ren Kitahara: Yuuichirou Umehara (Chiruran: Nibun no Ichi)

I'd like to add, TakeP's voice is the easiest to pick out, and then Kou's. TakeP has a very deep and strong voice.

This makes Haruto Tsukigami one of the ancients I believe. I liked Morikawa in Dfes even Uozumi looks somehow like Mikami-san.

I saw it and it's awesome! Arthur doesn't have that many roles yet but his voice in Tsukigami's solo song was the best solo for me. I wish this will kickstart his career more and he could get more roles. Not to mention he's really goodlooking.

Takeuchi Shunsuke has sang a couple of times. In King of Prism he sang EZ DO DANCE with Toshiki Masuda, the movie and their version of the song got very popular in Japan last year.

Perhaps not noteworthy to some but this is super cool to hear! I always wish more seiyuu reprised their roles in musicals, especially since quite a number can sing and act or have theatre background. Not to mention Lounsbery himself is pretty good-looking, would definitely be nice for people to see him too.

I'm so excited with these new cast members :D Especially Ancients, Morikawa and Okiayu ^_^ I can't wait to hear their song(s)! Still haven't heard Takeuchi's singing or remember Soichiro's but I liked Shimazaki's and Umehara's singing.
