Sori Fumihiko Re-Animates 2001 Nights [Updated]
A new 3D CGI anime of Sori Fumihiko ("Appleseed (2004)", "Vexille - 2077 Nihon Sakoku") was announced on July 8th.

The title is "TO" and it's based on Hoshino Yukinobu's manga "2001 Ya Monogatari (2001 Nights)". An OVA of the manga "Space Fantasia 2001 Nights" was produced in 1987.

According to the official website, there will be two episodes: "Daen Kidou (Elliptical Orbit)" and "Kyousei Wakusei (Symbiosis Planet)". The rental DVD will be available on October 2nd.
