I'm surprised to see that this manga has no reviews since it's one of my favorites.

The story in a nut shell is about a hard working girl who really wants to get married to become a housewife. Strange-I know. It got me at first but it turns out the main girl is a hard worker, does her job nearly flawless and is well respected. It is weird how she wants to drop everything to be a stay at home, but she believes it is her only way to be in a happy family since her own family is the same. She's at the normal ... marrying age and has a long term boyfriend. Right when she thinks her boyfriend was finally going to propose...he breaks up with her. Later she meets a mysterious man: he is handsome, very well liked, a famous reporter-he seems so perfect until he tells her he never plans on getting married.

The art is very nice. The side characters of both triangles annoyed me so that's why I rate it a 9/10 but besides that the central romance is cute. The main couple is very attractive and the character development between the two on the idea of marriage collides.

Please take your time to read it. It's a nice story.

It's probably a bad sign when, in a romance story, the most enjoyable parts are when the couple are at work and not when they are actually interacting with one another. The amount of tension they are able to build as Nanami navigates working as a telecaster is actually quite well done (the mangaka clearly did their research for the series and is putting it to good use), but when it comes to the romance of the story its pretty much stereotypes shot right through (old girlfriend, mistaken understandings of situations, "I just can't help it" attractions, etc.).

I really wanted to enjoy this series ... because I felt it had a novel characterization lined up for Asuka as she is a go-getter business woman who actually wants to get married, quit her job, and be a housemaker. I felt like the dynamics of being a professional and wanting to get married would give an interesting setting for the story, but it's mostly just been dropped in the conversation as an afterthought it feels. The real problem, however, is that I cannot for the life of me discern any reason why the main couple are together - they jump from just getting to know each other and having a basic respect for each other's personality to suddenly "being in love" and dating, and then while dating they literally never see each other (I'm not just saying this - its literally what they are dealing with for several chapters - and also what gives all the good material with them at work). As things progress, you start to seem some more thoughtful reflection by the characters as the main plot line takes on a little more depth, but its done so gingerly and in such small spurts its hard to believe that there is really much substance to the characters. In the end, this is a drop.

Fairly early in the series, I noticed that the story follows the ususal pattern of a romantic drama: the meeting, the blossoming of a relationship, the competing love interests, the repeated misunderstandings and reconciliations. But the more I read, the more I found the plot wonderfully uncertain. The story uses the romance formula as a buildng block, rather than a crutch.

I enjoyed watching the main characters explore their hopes, goals, and values. Their evolution felt natural, true to the way real people grow and develop. The stories of how the main characters developed their beliefs about marriage drew me further into their thoughts and emotions.

If ... you're in the mood for a romance with personal growth, this is worth a read.

About a guy who doesn't want to get married and a girl who wants to do anything to get married.

The series is cliche. But It handles it well. I think a lot of can be found upon the characters core. The MMC doesn't want to get married as he feels like marriage is a curse to tie a person down. While the FMC marriage is a way to make a safe haven for her husband and future children. These 2 begun a relationship fairly early on in the series. Despite knowing what each others viewpoint in life is.

Now in reality a couple dating expecting the ... other to change there mind is just pain waiting to happen. But this is a manga so of course everyone's gonna roll with it.

Now the series is very romantic and very calm. Despite a shoujo series. It has a love triangle but like not really either. I think the author handled it well enough but if this is how she was going to resolve it might as swell not introduce it all.

There is also a lot of sex in this series.... Not that im complaining but I was just taken aback. I've been reading so many teenage rom coms. I forget what adult relationships are like.

The series though loses me near the 7th volume as it does the adult version of moving away to study, and that is moving away for promotion. And it kinda sucks the series just decided to go in that direction. It also drones on and on for like 3 volumes too long. It did have a good finish but still very lacking in regards to what it could have been.

I loved the art combined with the romance the author really knew how to make a girl look like she was in love. I just think that she could have done a better job with the last arc.

The side stories are ok. The oneshots are incredibly repetitive. Its guy and girl have complicated relationship, Guy looks at another girl for 3.14 seconds. Girl thinks she was useless. He chases. they fuck the end.

The one with where the FMC had rough sex with the male lead. That was a good oneshot i must admit.

As far as the main story goes. Romance was good. Drama was acceptable. Ending is too long. Despite these hiccups i still think everyone's getting married was a pretty enjoyable experience albeit not a memorable one. 7/10
