Welp it doesn't do justice with the Visual Novel, adapting 60 hours of gameplay into 4 volume is a bad deal afterall.
Basically the VN is divided into 3 parts:-
1. Introductory chapter - covers the trio life in high school
2. Closing chapter - covers their life in university (set 3 years after the Introductory chapter).
3. Coda - covers their life as adult to finally getting married (set 2 years after the events of Closing chapter).

-The anime covers the Introductory chapter beautifully, the music is awesome and so is the drama.
-The closing chapter(CC) is the longest and least entertaining(imo).
The closing chapter has 4 routes based ... on the four girls :- Setsuna and three other filler girl.
- The coda is the last route and climax of the story, it's a continuation of setsuna route from closing chapter.

In simple words, if you choose the filler girls route in CC, the protagonist marries them and settle, setsuna, kazusa gets pysco blah blah. However if you choose the setsuna route in CC, you unlocks coda. And in coda you can either continue with Setsuna to get Setsuna True ending (TE) or betray Setsuna and choose Kazusa TE.

This manga adapts the Kazusa TE who is the best girl btw but is very rushed so only reading it would be a really bad experience.
Imo the best and quickest way to experience the series is:-

1. Watch the anime for introductory chapter (adapts VN perfectly)
2. Read the manga for CC, the CC is the manga is covered in volume two and three( Removes the filler from VN and gives a good short version)
3. For coda, if you like setsuna then watch any setsuna TE playthrough on youtube and if you like Kazusa then watch her TE.
You can't play the coda VN as it's English patch is yet not Available online but enthusiastic fans have made playthrough with English sub.

恋愛ください, nah for realthough, somebody help me, what is the matter with this manga???? dioes it even exist???m, im not kidding when i say ive been looking for it for almost a year now, and its like a ghost writing, i mean it has been properly listed on MAL so it must exist, but theres no recordof iteither on wikipedia, nor amazon shoppingnor ebay, not even theofficial WHITE ALBUM 2pagelists i anywhere,,,so is this a doujinshi??? doesanybody have a bbased answerfor this, btw im so eager to read this, and also there is a bucnh of other WHITE ALBUM 2 mangas listed here, but ... none of them appears at all, wtf rihgt????? well if anybody knows actually something more than just the picture of a cover that would be a huge help thanks btw beforehand lolllll, lets gouu bby white aslbum 2 manga review, whats goooddd????,,,,allright update,,,,thankgiving of 2020, so after loooking like a monkey online for some time, i think ive figured some stuff out, i cant really be sure though, apparently the guy who draw this, he is a doujinshi creator, so this would explain why this manga does not even appear inthe wikipedia ppage, while the light novel does appear, this is only my take on little facts ive managed to scrunge from the web, because after all i do not speak Japnese, hence finding realiable sources for this unknown manga in enlgish is barealy any good, also apparently this manga has only got 4 books, volumes, yeah, and as I statated before, there is a high chance that this manga IS A DOUJINSHI, , sadly as the time of my writing , nobody is selling the manga, so your best bet in order to buy the four volumes, is to fly all the way to japan and go to chiba where you will probably find and hopefully, a used version of ll the books, also im not 100 percent sure, but i saw some stuff about a kindle version, try to look for this author online, see what you can get, may be one of yalls are fluent in japanese, and you can enlighten the path of us whomm have followed hthis anime for so long, 2C=がろあ, good luck , easy break, get me some bread, and wait for the nexy update, cheers mateysss
