tl;dr: Don’t bother with this and watch the anime or read the novels instead.
This manga is a really brief introduction to Log Horizon, only a single volume long. I have not yet read the novels so I can’t compare it to that, but it essentially adapts the equivalent of episode 3 and 4 of the anime. It tries to convey what’s important from episodes 1-2 as well through flashbacks, but it glosses over most everything.
