They both have the same time-travel back to the past theme with the 2 of their respective main character being the ones who change the future because of their mistakes and goals 

Both series involve the concept of time travel. Both also involve delinquent characters. The main character in both series travels back a certain amount of years to a time when they were younger, where they try to fix the mistakes they made the first time around. 

Traveling through time and fixing mistakes. That's a main concept involved in both series as the main male protagonist tries rewrite his life. Throughout both stories, they encounter past conflicts that they must resolve based on what they've faced before. There is a distinct way that both series present themselves that I find interesting and that is how their character evolves through relieving the past again. In retrospect, they realize their mistakes and strives to become a better person for themselves and others. If you want to see development, then check out both stories. Just note that Ore ga Doutei wo Sutetara Shinu Ken ni Tsuite has more psychological scenarios while Again!! presents more comedy. read more 

They're both about the main characters going back in time in some way to correct there past or change there future. They both have drama but Again is a lot more lighthearted and less morbid. 

The main characters both try to revive an old sport. Again!! is about reviving a cheering squad and Chihayafuru is about reviving karuta. Except Chihayafuru is about a card game and Again!! is about time travel. 

The concept might be different but Yankee-kun to Megane-chan and Again!!? both has a main protagonist that can be relatable. The main male protagonist has a tough attitude but also a soft spot for certain characters in the series, in particular for the main female protagonist. There is relationship building at school along with characterization at various points throughout their perspective stories. The main female protagonist are also independent and not the typical 'Damsel in distress' type of character. Yankee-kun has more of a slice of life style while Again!!? has additional elements of supernatural. I recommend both series for anyone interested in for some humor and character relationship building. read more 

First, they both talk about time traveling. Second, they both talk about the clearing of ones regrets. (through the use of time travel--of them or letters) 

Both feature an unpopular, socially excluded highschool character who tends to ridicule mainstream highschool life but through the course of the story changes their outlook - albeit due to very different driving forces. Onani Master Kurosawa's MC is a genuine prick to begin with whereas Again!!'s MC is a kind guy. Again!! has a more light-hearted feel due to the MC being a less dark individual, although it's still as realistic. 

Again!! is an honest look back at high school through a more modern, descriptive lens than Haruka na Machi e, ultimately. It has the sentimentality of a young graduate, rather than that of a middle-aged man. The two protagonists follow similar journeys to learn similar lessons. The benefit of reading Again!! to Harukana, however, is that Again!! is a continuous high school drama whereas Harukana was a one-time excursion like a folk-tale. Both are perfectly engaging works and deserve to be checked out. 

Again!! and Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo are lighthearted series that explores the life of a main male protagonist with a bit of supernatural twist. Both series' story involves the MC that meets a girl while causing an accident that seemingly changes their life forever. It gets more complex later on as they realize what they've got themselves involved in. As the series has this addition of supernatural twist, expect irregular events to develop over the course of their story. 

These are so similar to me. They both made me laugh my ass off. They are both about a main male character who is judged by his face. In angel he is the sweetest guy but has a scary face and makes weird noises. In again the main character is just awkward and has outbursts all the time. But they both gather friends and both make a hilarious very entertaining story. Both highly recommended and if it takes you awhile to get into either story, just know that it's worth it.
