They're both about gang life, and fighting in general. Plus, they rhyme! 

Both of these manga focus one thing, delinquents and teenagers fighting like crazy 

Both of these manga are raunchy and lean heavily into their comedic themes. While Aiki is more about fighting as a sport rather than delinquency as a whole, they both have similar absurd moments during fights and really aren't afraid to be as funny as they are action pacled. Aiki is far more lewd though.  

These are both delinquent manga that lean more heavily into the comedy and slice of life aspect than they do the fighting aspect of their respective series, though they action can't be downplayed in A-Bout it's got a heavy emphasis on the fights and play a huge part in the overall story, it's not as one note as it can be in BeBop Highschool 

They are both stupid, fighting, delinquent mangas. Both have an idiot for a main character and are set in schools well known for delinquency 

As this goes, Both the MCs have same personality (care free and OP) Both are delinquent manga having comedy We can also see a weak minded or mostly "fears to fight" sidekick of MC  

These delinquent manga are really funny, and far less serious than most other manga in the same vein. The fights in both are still awesome and get you hyped, but both of these series prefer to have a healthy dose of comedy as well as action.  

These are both delinquent manga that don't shy away from being funny and silly in the middle of all the action, the humor is used in both manga to kill tension and help give you downtime between more epic/action oriented moments in either series. The humor of both manga are juvenile, and stupid, which helps them both stand out and really set them apart form other series in the genre.

Two very strong OP MC's Both series have great comedy and fight scenes The main characters fight to protect the weak Both series have amazing art work and character designs  

Both revolve around High school delinquents who are lone wolves but, somehow, they get friends and followers alike. (They also include plenty of action and comedy equally).
