Synopsis

Kouki Sakieda is an assistant for Akira Akanebe, a manga artist he admires, who always tries to praise him in some way. Gradually, these feelings of admiration turn to love, and they realize it is mutual. The story depicts the daily life of Sakieda and Akanebe-sensei, who is quite blunt and unafraid to lavish praise on her lover.

Really promising so far! I already can't wait for new chapter releases. Very refreshing compared to other romance manga I've read. As much as I love high school romances, it's interesting to see romance between adults for once. Akanabe and Sakieda have a super cute relationship. The dynamic between sensei and assistant is super fun. Anyone who is a fan of romance and slice of life manga should give this one a try. There are only 4 chapters as of now, but it's already quite entertaining and fun. The art is quite nice as well. I hope it goes on for many chapters. Can't wait ...

Emotionally stunted boy X emotionless girl, the manga.

That's right, the premise is supposed to be that Akanabe sensei is a girl who can't feel embarrassment, but the truth is she shows no emotions at all, not just embarrassment. Apparently the author cannot tell the difference between not feeling embarrassment and not having a single ounce of humanity. The female lead will say stuff like "I'm so over the moon, you made me so happy" with a perfect poker face. Last time I checked happiness isn't embarrassment, but even when happy she reacts like an android.

Don’t know where to start off with this review since I’m just not a huge fan of the concept. Yes, I love wholesome, fluff romance mangas like the next person, but this is just… boring? Or uninspired? I don’t get the appeal of this besides for some “cute” moments that comes from the mc’s embarrassed expressions after every single one of the fmc’s actions.
