”Seriously?” That was my expression and reaction to each event this manga employs. To be as kind as possible, the manga simply doesn’t have any profound impact on the current landscape of Dungeon mangas; in other words, it’s sh*t. From the plot to the characters, all of it is disorganized, cringe, and every other description of a trashy fantasy manga you could think of.
I don’t want to waste any more time on this than I already have, but the characters are simply baffling — rather, their actions are. The mc gets virtually no introduction from the manga and is inserted into the plot line
...
without any additional details, and the story moves on like nothing should be explained. The side characters are all predictable according to the genre, but they for some reason have certain psychological problems that are supposed to be “deep,” but the author rushed it in so many ways that it’s not even funny.
Think of the most cringe, edge-lord-like behavior someone can do in front of someone weaker than them — that is what it felt like while reading each of the mc’s actions. Supposedly, he’s rather emotionless and boring, but his actions are just absolute “cringe.”
Dungeon mangas do have an interesting concept at first, and usually hooks the reader in the first chapter, however, this manga has no bright side; there’s some mystery, but it’s so minuscule and overshadowed by the developments it makes this manga unworthy to read beyond the 2nd chapter.
