After "Worn And Torn Newbie" went to crap, I told myself that I wouldn’t read nor enjoy a game manwha for a long time. However, while I was bored, I stumbled upon this and gave it a shot despite its genre. At first, it was pretty corny with the names, so I didn’t have high hopes. However, my favorite part about this manwha, the self-aware and unhinged main character cleared all my doubts.

At times, he may be corny/cringy, but he also says what most of the readers are thinking whenever a certain scene happens. Along with this, he isn’t some YouTube obsessed ... protagonist nor takes things slowly. Moving on from the main character, the games in manwhas most of the time are pretty silly. However, the game in this manwha seems to be the most logical/sensible with no hidden overpowered classes, bugs, etc. Although the game is pretty interesting in itself, there isn’t much of information on the company, how it operates, and other important features which is a small negative.

The plot is mainly game-based, so there isn’t much real life interactions; but, that may be a good thing since it sprinkles in the real world interactions instead of having sole chapters dedicated to it. There are many more small features of this manwha that makes it enjoyable, but the review would be too long if I were to list every single one. Regarding the art, it reminds me of a certain art style I’ve seen before, but it’s definitely good. On the manwha art-style spectrum, it would definitely be on the higher tier.

Though the story may seem like a power trip with an immense amount of plot armor, it’s such an enjoyable read that it doesn’t matter.

The synopsis tells us the whole guild ganged up on him BUT it also tells us that HE himself challenged the WHOLE GUILD. There’s nothing unfair about that when it’s your idea…..right?

~The MC doesn’t have a good reason for his revenge to be honest.
~MC hates the previous no.1 for things he can easily do himself right now.
~We only see fights and training and fights and training and…
~No character development, MC is unlikeable.
~ We have no idea what his life in the real world is like, that’s okay, but his life in the game isn’t interesting either.
~ The power system is extremely chaotic. ... How many more 3 paged essays do we have to read for every single power up + title that barely does anything??

All in all, if you want to see only fights and training with no relevant story whatsoever, then is for you.

If not… RUN lol. Would not recommend.

The art is decent but the story itself...it's boring. There isn't really a character introduction scene, just a bam I got killed by these people and now I am somehow in the past? Clearly I'm dreaming... oh no wait I'm not then boom time skip.

As of chapter 13 he has no friends, we don't have any background information on the MC, aside from what we see in the first chapter that he was the best #1 until some guy showed up. There is nothing that makes this MC special or interesting, no backstory as to why he is driven to be the ... best aside from simply his ego.
As for the titles there is soooo much reading in the description that by chapter 9/10 I didn't even bother reading the title descriptions since he has SOOOO many and it's clear that, that is what will keep making him stronger and that he will keep getting titles so why bother reading what they do if it's a new title every chapter, some chapters he has like 2-5 new titles.

Picture yourself watching a streamer who is playing the game and not really talking to their viewers or in general, this manhwa feels like this.
We know absolutely nothing about this guy aside from how he was once the best and then dropped down to level 12 (which is mentioned in the first two panels of chapter 1. MC is cocky, smiles creepy A LOT, and isn't interesting. Most chapters is just training, training, fight, training, fight, and another fight. It's good if you just want okay fight scenes but if you want a story this one is a pass.
