It's an okay series to read.

It's not very complicated and it doesn't try to give too many twists in the story before delivering the main plot.

The powers are okay, and the series overall seems really generic at first, but it's actually a fun series to read.

The protagonist is pleasant to watch, but you really find yourself wanting him to make up his mind for a long time in terms of romantic interests, but we can really understand that there is a winner from the beginning.

I would like to start my review with a statement that i don't think this manga is a bad manga. it has it's moments for sure, a lot of moments. This is essentially a typical kingdom building isekai harem story that has been done a couple times. my main gripes with this donghua is that it ultimately betrayed my trust and my expectation about what kind of series it is. This manga has amazing start, after 300-400 chapters things get complicated and from 10-20 witches that we know names, it suddenly becomes like 100 and everyone gets forgotten, main story is lost and now things are just getting complicated and manga is becoming like other manhuas with hundreds of chapters that lead to nowhere.
