Hella educated protagonist in a primitive world hits the industrial revolution, only that release that witch has a more interesting premise. 

Release that Witch and Accomplishments of the Duke's Daughter are quite similar in that they are both fantasy reincarnation series. The protagonists from both series bring inventions and innovations from their experiences in their previous lives on Earth. Furthermore, both series involve war and a succession crisis among royalty. Thus, if you enjoyed Release that Witch, Accomplishments of the Duke's Daughter is another series with a similar premise.  

Witches aren't appreciated by humans. Luckily a few humans do care for witches' well-being, look further than simply prejudice and hate and actually try to converse with them. 

Two smart main characters who possess modern knowledge and are able to reconstruct immensely helpful tools and education principles to the people of the era they appeared in (the past or a fantasy-like past that's obviously not as developed as the present). It's rewarding (for the reader) whenever new items, tools or weapons make their appearance. <> SKK:NG no magic, only hard work; Fangkai Nage Nuwu: there is magic by witches and from other sources. 

Building a medieval nation can be a hard thing to accomplish, even with modern-day knowledge. Regardless of this the kings in both series take this challenge head-on and start reforming their countries by carefully maneuvering between the political and economical landscape with the end goal of reforming everything into modern-day society.
