I am sill reading this manga just to see the revenge that is taking so long to happen, If this manga was only about revenge and gore it would have been a good manga but the author decided to put **** scene and make us hate the villains more then when we see the torture we are like yeah he deserve it.
But I hate the idea about **** scenes in this manga(or if in any manga) I think it's not necessary to put these things.
If the story would have been only about revenge and gore, Mystery and these stuff only it would have been great

This manga is very 2 sided. You can either love it or hate it. Personally, I love it. When it comes down to storytelling and plot. It is good although not the best. What really stands out to me is the art. As a fellow mangaka myself, I do have to say that the art for this manga is pretty top-notch and as for the character developments; it really has only been 26 chapters currently so I wouldn't say too much because if we look at AOT which is one of the best manga (in my opinion) the beginning had a pretty rough start ...

Read it online on Mangakakalot and realised the story end at chapter 48..
Then I went on to look up about this manga hoping to find chapter 49 and the rest but found nothing. Even reading reviews gave me a headache to find out how many chapter and vol does it have ??? Its annoying that they have to leave half of the best scene to the next chapter and now I have no idea whether the story end at chapter 48 and whether online manga upload each chapter weekly??? For the story and art wise, is very interesting. They should have animated this manga too.

Juujika no Rokunin is what Redo of a Healer wishes to be; an interesting story with a likeable protagonist where shock values enhance the experience, not the whole of it. It does fall into the shock-value-trope from time to time, but it's nothing short of amazing. The first time you read this manga, even if you read the summary, do not expect the evil that a bunch of kids could have. The villain characters are not complex or has some justified motivation to do what they do. The manga try to explore a very abstract concept as basic human desires can be. Lust, Conquest achievement, recognition or just love are some of the main reasons why villain are evil.
But even if the early paragraph make look this manga as a well written history, this Is not. The author try to focus on making tortures that test your stomach and see how ...

If I were to rate this manga purely based on how much dopamine it gave me, I would give it a 9. This manga is the epitome of addictive fast food; you just can't stop consuming it. There is absolutely nothing good about the story; the bullies introduced at the beginning remain unchanged, and it's purely gore porn. This is most likely whoever's behind Redo of Healer new work. Not just because of the fuccery happening left to right, rather, mostly because the entire approach is super similar to that series.
I have no clue which came out 1st n care not to fact check. However, my bad if u actually happened to come before. Overrated. Really don't know how ppl be saying Uruma (MC) is better than Sasuke and Kurapika, two very well written characters. But even without comparison, none of the characters are likeable and the writing is actual dog meat. The start has potential but it ends up going in the simplest direction possible. I'm all for a good revenge story, which this manga was able to kind of pull off in the beginning, if you look past the shallow Villains. But as the manga progressed i just kept enjoying it less and less, mostly because of recurring themes. Have a charcater you like? Dont. They'll most likely die soon, its just a matter of time, especially if its a female character. First off the story is incredibly bland when i first saw it all i could think of is wow another horrible revenge manga, and little did i know i was right.
The only characters that matter are the protagonist and the main antagonist it feels like a replay of jojo part 3 bc its just side antagonist over and over until the main boss but dont get me wrong the torture ways are incredibly interesting and enjoyable to read. As strange as it may seem, Juujika no Rokunin, this rather grotesque, horrific manga, at its heart, is a simple, entertaining power fantasy. It's a story where the once weak and brutally bullied transforms into a chad-badass main character to take revenge with his own two hands. I'm 41 chapters in, and although he has met some stumbling blocks here and there to keep the story compelling, he has been succeeding quite well in this revenge ploy of his.

I really want to give this something more than a 6, I truly do, but it would be a complete lie.
Juujika no Rokunin is a psychological horror manga that follows a classic revenge plot. If it had stuck to its revenge plot and maybe spent more time building off of it rather than giving us all of the story in the first chapter and devoting the rest to mindless torture porn thats based off of shock value. I would have loved to see MC's slow development into a cold blooded killer, or into a deranged lunatic hell bent on avenging his parents death and his brother's ...

This series isn't done yet, but this is my impressions reading this thus far.
Juujika no Rokunin had a clear objective at the start, its a revenge story, and that is fine. It's pretty enjoyable to read at the start, the antagonists' are very bad I guess, what I'm trying to say is that we the audience hate them and that's really what matters. We want our main character to win in the end. Simple, but this story isn't as clear cut as that, it introduces major characters just for them to just turn evil or killed off in a really stupid way. It's another gory revenger store that seems to be coming out a lot lately. If you're familiar with the trope, you already know the drill: kid got bullied, kid killed their bullies one by one.
Honestly, even when they extend the story through time skips in later arcs, it is still a rehash. If there's anything to sit through in this manga, it's definitely the kills. Just like slasher movies, they thrive whenever the MC escalates on how he would go about his revenge. And it drags whenever it tries to act like it has a real plot. I discovered this series by accident on Reddit. When I read the posts in the post, I really liked the extremes of this series.
However, the behavior of the girls in the series would be much better if you could be a little more effective. But it felt like the author was just using the girl characters and adding them to throw them away. I'm at chapter 57 right now. I have a lot of hope for this series. Juujika no Rokunin is the type of revenge manga aimed at a very particular kind of audience, it's plot revolves around one dimensions villains who you're supposed to despise and when the protagonist inevitably tortures the villains, you cheer for him.
I won't judge anyone who are into these revenge torture manga series because they can be super entertaining to read and I personally enjoy them as my guilty pleasure. (it's fiction, as long as you don't become a school shooter, just enjoy fiction for what it is).
