It's basically skimming, the manga.

Read it fast or read it slow, your experience won't change. The plot has some neat concept, but in execution nothing feels special. The heroine is the heroine, the side characters stay on the side, and the protagonist(s) is still OP. There is barely any moment where I feel ecstasy from the action or drama.

There are some intense trainings implied for the protagonist, but it was just implied. He did them all effortlessly and it never took a toll on him or anything like that. A shame really, since the protagonist being Classless is treated like it's a big ... disadvantage, but in practice he effortlessly mastered both sword and magic without ever being challenged.

A bit irrelevant, but the heroine also just kinda got yamcha'd into a wife despite being treated as important by the start story.

The sisters are somewhat unique, but so far, they kinda just disappear after their arcs are over and their arcs also ended in unsatisfying manners.

Characters are designed well enough to be distinct, but not distinct enough to be iconic. The kids from magic academy especially suffer from this.

Overall, it's a decent-at-best manga.

With a somewhat well-written introduction in the beginning, the manga then starts to lose all of its charm from the cliches, predictable plot, and the unrealistic characters.

Cliches aren’t a bad thing to incorporate into a story, however, if only cliches were used to “spice up the plot,” then there’s no difference or twist in the first place. The reason that I’m pointing this out is that the plot becomes boring once the comedy from the premise was wrung dry. To counteract that, there should be some massive twist into the plot or a reliance on an interesting character, however, the manga instead resorts to ... cliche developments that have been so commonplace over the years.

The characters are absurdly idiotic and unreasonable. In the cluster of a trashy, overpowered mc, all of the supporting and antagonistic characters have unreasonable, forced personalities while being, well, cliche. The antagonists or villains aren’t anything new incorporated into the genre — they are villains just for the sake of being villains. The mc is also relatively emotionless and doesn’t have any developments besides for the occasional “look at me, I got stronger,” which shouldn’t count in the slightest.

An expended trope that has run its course; this manga runs on the steam of cliches and comedy, however, they only last so long until the author has to pick up the pen and write something original and different, which he didn’t.

Unlikable kid pretends to be a loser while also being completely overpowered. Yeah, it's one of those stories. I honestly have no idea what the appeal of this is. It's basically the opposite of an underdog story. There's a reason manga like Hajime no Ippo is so popular, it's because fundamentally we want to see the MC succeed. But in this story we have an emotionless plank of wood MC punching monsters without a care in the world. They couldn't even be bothered to give him a goal or motivation. My guess is he will join a guild, accidentally save a princess, and build a ... harem. That's how all these end up before they're cancelled.
