Kanae dropped out of high school, because her father is a gambler while her mother ran away with her boyfriend. Kanae is twenty-two years old, and very poor working for a cleaning shop. She comes to have something to do with Haruki Oda quite by chance. Haruki is an IT millionaire and called "money-mad man," or "the god of death." Then Kanae's life makes a sudden development. Money cannot be made by love alone, though love cannot be bought with money. People of today want to have both love and money. This get-happy-story is a must read for the present-day people.

If you like a stories with a bit more depth to them try Diamond Life.
Do not judge this by it's title, this is not some cutesy romance about a girl falling for a rich guy like you would think from the title.
It's a story about overcoming the little impossible things in life, like poverty, debt, and sickness. You might even learn some sound business principles from it.

The heroine of this story Kanae is a very poor girl saddled with a father who wracks up debts, she had to quit school to read more

I cringed at the title. To this day I still loathe it much more than every impromptu speech I've ever had to do.

I think this is my first published review. The others that I've painstakingly written were unfortunately cut short with a back button.

Story *9/10*
The story was like a rollercoaster. One minute it's "Oh thank God that's over" and a few seconds after you burst into tears. You might even start cursing at a character or four.

Art *5/10*
I'm not good at drawing myself, but based on the art styles I've seen this one is placed right in the middle. Not too good but not too read more

*This is my first review, I'm sorry I had to put some spoilers. And I also apologize for the possible linguistic mistakes I may have written*

At first sight, this josei manga seems quite ordinary : a love story between a rich, handsome young employer and a poor female employee. But it quickly shows another aspect: finances and how to build wealth in Japan.

The other, rather dark, very interesting topic it deals with is HIV. I really love how the mangaka highlights the side effects of the antiviral drugs and the hardship one has to go through when infected by this virus.
Yet, there's one major negative read more
