Just from the first pages, anyone with experience with Isekai story will want to throw it away.

NOTHING makes the protagonist stand out, I almost mistook him for about 3 other fantasy stories.
NOTHING that happens to him feels natural and coherent, everything is for the sake of: "Oh look at the cool things that happen! Look how nice he is!".
... NOTHING makes me feel attached to anything this world gives off.

The only thing with a semblance of originality is the disdain given to the protagonist. And even this is becoming something we are getting used to in other stories.

The early encounter, the reveal of his abilities, the reactions of the hero... All of those are brought up in the most cringy, pathetic, predictable way.

And they DARE show child nudity only in order to attract the eye ? That's messed up and disgusting, shame on the creator.

Keep away from this uninspired mess.

This manga is lolicon (pedo) fantasy with absurd level of absurdity 33 chapters of complete idiocy that only grows stronger.
I confidently say Art is the only thing why normal people should read it, this manga has 2 authors one responsible for Art the other one for the story and well they one responsible for the story will drag the one responsible for the art to the pits of hell.

Story 1/10

A cannot rate it objectively, authors intelligence is way beyond my comprehension thus I saw absurd level of chaos, inconsistency and idiocy, sadly I'm not enlightened enough to read this ... peace of "Art".
Now without sarcasm, level of comedy is at the level of children aged 7 or less and men with specific fetish. Absurdity is being showeled in your throat and eyes, first chapters are classic Isekai setting with some level of stupidity but the more manga goes on the more delirious it becomes.
I have a problem with artificial stories but this author doesn't even hide it he simply throws feces at you and every new chapter has few more grams more.
At first it may seem that only MC is sober minded but the further you go the more you understand it's a secret fantasy of Tsundere Lolicon in world full of brain dead shallow human-like creatures.
There is no story it's a compilation of insanity mixed with lolicon fantasy.

Art 7/10

Art is somewhat good, characters are well drawn with the usual lazy background there and there. Speech bubbles and panel placement are understandable and up to standard.

Character 2/10

Everyone is one dimensional monkey with IQ 80 and lower with that setting you should think about how they even managed to evolve to middle ages.
MC seems okay at first but midway through you understand that he is like "Grade school girls keep throwing themselves at me, so I'm not a pedo" while shoving aside physically mature ones (not mentally, mentally everyone here is a child).
Supporting cast well classic one dimensional harem members and some one dimensional villains.

Enjoyment 1/10

It was a torture to read this, there isn't anything funny or intelligent in this story besides the recipe for soap and advice not to water the plants everyday.
This manga has 6.5 rating here, meaning a lot of people enjoyed it and fairly speaking they should be questioned by some local law enforcement.
2 years ago I read it until chapter 7 I put a high rating in my personal library so that I could re-read it after few years and give a more objective rating but I simply wasted my time on a complete horror show of a manga here.

Overall 2/10

I cannot advice it to anyone who is in range of "normal" if you like lolicon....you just found a promising new author.....
By the way if it isn't obvious i dropped it, maybe just maybe if i become 100y old caricature of perverted old man i will revisit this with my dementia to boot in order to soil this literally masterpiece while asking thyself where am I.
