Fantasy comedies about a guy building his harem consisting of monster girls (unintentionally in MonMusu and very intentionally in Creature Musume). Both have fanservice of "I can't believe this isn't porn" tier.

They both have monster girl sex, Sekai wo Sukuu Tame ni Watashi to Asachun Dekimasu ka? Is a comedy, it is a lot more censored, but both series have sexy monster girls. Doing "the deed". In SemI wo Sukuu they don't show the scene persay, but the aftermath.

Two things of similarities: isekai and monster girls. I think 12 Beast is more traditional in the isekai genre, being more adventurous and action. In Creature Girls, the MC actual have a sexual relationships with monster girls and focus on monster girls' anatomy.
